First, the hotel is nicer looking than in the picture. It is cosy and charming; helpful staff; yes, rooms are small; it's near good restaurants and intriguing shops. The only negative is that it is central heating and the room is COLD; you don't have individual temperature gauges in your room. They gave me an extra blanket; they could have... More

As many coming to the Bay Area we were looking for a place with a fair price. Don't stay here. The rooms are small, old, dirty and on top of all they smell. In the end, every dollar was one too much. I can't recommend staying here and have no clue how this hotel can rank so high in trip... More

Having stayed at the Pacific Euro Hotel (PEH) for extended visits during late 2013 through Falll 2014, the best word for this little jewel in Downtown Redwood City is, "Superb!" Well situated near, but not too close to, Downtown amenities such as an amazing array of cafes, diners and fine restaurants, live entertainment venues, a multi-plex theater, a beautiful museum... .Parking was not an issue as I came down on the CalTrain, station about five blocks away. I have to assume rates in conventional hotels with private bathrooms must be sky-high in this area as the small (8 x 10; or in metric, 2.5m X 3m) room with a Murphy Bed that takes up most of that space cost $100... Roger T - thanks so much for your kind and honest review about your recent stay at the Pacific Euro hotel. You are spot on that our rates are quite a bargain for the area. Many of our guests do find that our amenities and the price of our rooms fit their budgets nicely. We hope you will visit us... More

It is about 20 minutes from the S.F. airport so a good choice if you want to stay in a nice little town and save some money. The rooms were big enough for me and the location has a movie theatre, shops, and plenty of places to eat near by. You do have to pay to park (les than a... More

Rooms are decent but very small. The hotel has no actual parking. So, if you want to park during the day, you pay $1/hour in a public lot--if you can find space--from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Then the parking is free, but unattainable. You have to park several blocks away--in a sketchy area--and then go back late in the... More

Kent - Unfortunately it sounds like the city was very busy during your recent visit and parking was a bit of a hassle. We do apologize for that. I'm sorry you found the rooms too small for your comfort. Many of our guests appreciate the economy prices of our smaller but well appointed rooms at the sacrifice of a larger... More

This was the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel. I was in a wheelchair and They were told this in advance but put me on the second floor. There were no shower or bathroom in my room. I was not told this. I could not put my wheelchair in the bathroom to use or get around the... More

Minterlin - I am sorry we failed to meet your expectations on your recent visit to Pacific Euro Hotel. Apparently there was a breakdown in communication between Priceline and the hotel and we did not get the information that you would be in a wheelchair prior to your checkin. Unfortunately, the wheelchair accessible room on the first floor that we... More

The staff was very nice, and the hotel was fine. As a single woman traveling alone, I was looking for a low-cost, clean, bedbug free, safe place to stay for the weekend. This place fit the bill for sure. There's also restaurants and stores within walking distance, and it is only about 10 minutes from the Caltrain. Even the economy... More

well maintained place, conveniently located, clean and safe place and very reasonable priced in compare to San Francisco city places. We stayed in Redwood and commuted to San Francisco and cities of Silicon valley. It was very convenient.
