I've been staying at this hotel for 15 years. The rates have gone up and the rooms need work. The lobby area and restaurant are still excellent, as is the business conference setup. I dont think you could get a more perfect location in the South Beach area. More

Rooms are nice, location is excellent, close to everything. Parking is at a premium but you know that going in. Great restaurant on site (Splash). Oh and they still have some smoking rooms too but you'd never know it as there's no evidence so don't worry non-smokers More

Just stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a few nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and clean, staff were helpful.
