I've stayed at this motel several times over the years. It's walking distance from downtown Redondo Beach and the beach. The motel is quiet, and nicely appointed. This hotel is really showing its age. Our room was spacious, but had little else positive to offer. The bath had mold around the tub and sink surrounds and in the corners. This hotel was in a Priceline zone that was further south of LAX than I realized... Whoops. Basic breakfast options... At least they had some scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. Not a fault of the motel, but cell service is apparently pretty bad around much of the property except for Metro PCS users (?!). More

The location in South Redondo is good, although it's a bit of a walk to the beach. Rental bikes can help with that. Very clean, great location for visiting Redondo Beach. Noise level was unacceptable, sounded like a herd of elephants from the room above us and we could hear everything in the room next to us.
