I'm a Priority Club member and I've stayed at this particular hotel for a total of 30+ nights in 2008 so I know this hotel well. I've always been pleased with the accomodations here but I returned for 3 days this past June and it was just terrible!!!! No exaggeration. There is remodeling/construction going on and they're still booking the... more

We stayed two nights mid June while visiting friends. Check-in was fast and easy. Received a drink coupon and discount for breakfast one day. Our room was clean and neat and housekeeping did a good job while we were there. Staff was very friendly in all departments, not just one as often happens. The hotel is upgrading rooms at the... more

Traveling from San Diego to Portland, needed a clean, quiet ,comfortable and convenient place to stay. This was all of the above. Nicely furnished in a good location. Enjoyed a good steak dinner in their restaurant before settling in for a relaxing evening. more

We came into Redding at 12:30am looking for a hotel and chose this hotel based on the reviews from this side I read on my blackberry. We just wanted a room to sleep for the night. I asked for a nice quiet room to sleep in after driving 11 hours on the road, and was placed next to the laundry... more

Just returned from a 3-night stay and found the hotel excellent.. Spacious, spotless rooms with up-to- date furniture, double vanities, plush thick towels, refrigerator, plasma TV and comfy beds. The reception staff was very courteous and professional. The housekeeping staff were very accommodating - they even helped me with my luggage. There was a large bar and a small restaurant... more

If you've been on the road for a while and caught in the rain, have kids begging you to pull over then by all means stay here as the beds are comfy and the hotel is clean! If you do have time though grab another hotel as this one offers nothing for over $100 that another hotel in Redding will... more

After traveling all day, we pulled in tired and hungry. We paid the premium rate. We had to carry our luggage up and down a staircase. The seating funiture was strewn throughout our room. The coffee packets were torn open and condiments used. There was no shampoo or creme rinse in the bathroom. Our room had a strange smell to... more

We were on a road trip and needed a petfriendly place. This was a good stay for what we paid. Easy access from the freeway and close proximity to retail and restaurants. The pluses: It was fairly new, very clean and the staff were very accomodating. Bed was good and provided restful sleep. I also had no issues with noise...was... more

We stayed two nights during our 4th of July road trip: my partner and I in a 2-bed room, and my friend in a King room. The double room had a view of the freeway, and my friend had a "view" of an unkempt open space (owned by the hotel!). I did not get any recognition as a Priority Club... more

I have stayed here several times. It's always clean and comfortable. Good location with several restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast is not free but good. Plenty of on site parking. Freeway (I-5) very close. more
