We checked out another hotel before finding the Value Inn, but decided that it was too close to the freeway and too noisy. Nice clean rooms, with free breakfast and wi-fi which is always a plus. Really nice front desk clerks. Was a bit chilly in Redding, was good to have a working heater that did not make the room smell like it was on fire. more

The place is okay to stay for one night. They had lots of parking spaces available and the room was quite clean. Forget the breakfast. Free wireless internet access is available. more

We were on the road from Washington to SF Bay area and had to change plans to stay closer to Oregon border due to heavy smoke from so many forest fires. Nice affordable place. Room was large and clean. Good breakfast in the morning. Good low priced place to stay, especially recommended for a quick stop over on I-5 in Northern California, and quite close to Mt Shasta/Shasta Lake. more
