Good, attentive service, assistance given when required and clean value for money rooms. We arrived late into redding for check-in and the two brothers were very helpful and assisted us with information for surrounding restaurants etc.

These are not five star accommodations. However you get a good value for your money. There are restaurants close by. Walking trails other attractions that redding has to offer. When checking in you will be helped by one of two brothers. personally I like the idea of helping the local small business owner, rather than some faceless corporation.

As far as the motel appearance, service, & room quality, I got what I paid for and have no complaints. The owner/operator is kind & likable. I had 1 room for 1 night, and stayed in the room with my 12 year old child. As I have insomnia, I wind up awake in the middle of the night at times.... More

We stayed one night, booked 2 rooms. One for my husband and I and one for our teenage son & his friend. When we pulled up to the motel, knowing it was going to be very budget, we had to smile. The sign makes you think of days long past. We were thinking maybe of swimming but the pool is... More

I stayed here for some weeks a while back, and the prices given were very fair. The rooms were okay. They did have a cleaning crew that washed sheets etc.. However, the walls had snot on them(as in nose snot), and the carpeting was filthy, like it had never been cleaned. Across the street, there was, and maybe still is,... More

My brother and I often seek out independent motels in our travels. Some have been very good, some should not to be named. And, we always have wonderful adventures in the process. We had a ball at this one, though many would not. This property is a waypoint for temporary/permanent homeless and nearby workers. There seemed to be shifting populations... More

The owners have taken over from a very bad manager and are making much needed changes. The rooms are as clean as motel chains. It is right in downtown and within 5 minutes walk of good restaurants and bars. No, need to drive.

Front desk was helpful getting all 5 of us settled in. Had a good experience for the price paid. If your traveling through Redding looking for a place to stay on a budget, this is your match. We did 2 rooms with two queens. Lots of channels on direct tv.

On a business trip in NorCal looking for a cheap double bed led me to this place because of the low weekly rate and only place with availability at 1am. Very quiet motel that seems to be serviced and run by the family owners. They fixed any small problems that we brought to their attention, and were always present and... More
