The greater Redding area has 3 parks that meet our standards. Premier is the closest to family, so it is our park of choice. We always stay in the newer pull-thru's simply because the landscaping is new enough to not interfere with satellite TV. These crowned sites are large, level concrete pads with gravel entrances & exits. There's grass between... More

Quiet and nice. A little tight in the part where we were. Will go there again. Nice clubhouse with a lot of information. Has a nice creek running through the property. I think there may be an area for bigger RV's. Ours is 35 foot and we tow a jeep for a total length of around 52 feet so it... More

This was our third stay in the adorable log cabin on the RV park grounds. The cabin has a bed for two, a rocking chair, a large standing mirror, a large storage chest, and a nightstand. It is also equipped with a very efficient portable heater and a window air conditioning unit. There is a little porch with a lightweight... More

This is a clean park. Everything is picked up and neat. Bathroom has three large sinks. Showers and toilets are in own rooms with locks. Security code needed to get in bathroom. Foliage between spots. Cement pads with grass. NOT right on freeway. Great place to stay.

My wife and I stopped here at the recommendation of friends and found the park to be very nice indeed, The park is clean and well cared for. Loved the parallel parking along the grassy stream where dish picks up all the channel unobstructed. The Clubhouse is tastefully decorated and there are books and DVD available in the library. Had... The RV park is tidy and clean, and quiet. Staff is friendly. WiFi is absolutely terrible. Nice showers, fair size lot, lawn and trees but...That's it for $48. I've had way more for way less, so that's the reason for the rating. That said, after checking out several other parks, I'd come back here should the need arise.

We stayed one night and had a great time. The pool was fabulous and clean. It has a little dog walking area. We thought the camping sites were clean and quiet. Most sites have a nice little grassy area. We would stay there again.

Very clean and super quiet. Level concrete pads and patio areas. Lots of low lying trees and grass at each site. Fenced in dog park was very clean. Restrooms immaculate (and I am fussy). We will stay here again. Thank you Premier.

We stopped here for two nights as we're making our way north. The lady on the phone was very friendly, and was the same when we arrived (Mary). Our spot was at the far end of the park and it was wonderfully quiet. Even with neighbors right next door we had lots of space. Would have given it 5 stars... More

Under NO circumstance would I stay at this park again. First, There is NO security and multiple people's vehicles got broke into, ours included. The victims lost thousands of dollars worth of electronics and things from their vehicles. They say they "thought" the suspect was from the rough apartment complexes across the street. hmmm... Second, the "worker" help around the... More
