This review is for the casino only as I did not stay or eat here. Won a $75 freeplay promotion on Facebook and cashed it in last weekend. The employees were very nice, there were no lines, even though the Casino was pretty busy, and I walked away with some $$$. The hotel itself is gorgeous and would definitely stay... More

The rooms in this hotel are beautiful and ours had a great view of the pool. However, you are hit with the massive stench of smoke as soon as you enter the hotel and by the time you check in, your throat and eyes are burning. Definitely not advisable if travelling with children, as we were. This hotel really needs... More

It is nice for a Casino type hotel, the pool and hot tub area are very nice. The room itself was very large, the bathroom was huge with a nice soaking tub. What actually lowered my opinion was there was no in room coffee maker, I found it very inconvenient to have to get dressed and go downstairs to purchase... More

We traveled to this Casino/Hotel to attend a family wedding. Had I known that it was a Smokers Paradise Casino with non smoking rooms I would not have booked the stay. You are hit with the Stench of Cigarette smoke as you approach the entrance.By the time we got registered, my throat, eye, and lungs were burning. But, since they... More

We would never have thought to go to Palm Springs, but we were visiting my Husbands Aunty in LA and she gets a couple of rooms for free each year, so she booked us in. To be honest, we're the wrong kind of people for this place. We're a family of 2 adults and 2 year old little boy. Although... More

What a beautiful resort, and surprize surprize, no resort fees, a least I didnt get charged. The rooms are to die for, wow! a t.v. in the bathroom. A breeze to check in with helpful smiling staff. All the staff there are pleasant. The casino is great, but I found the restaurants to be quite expensive for a casino. Had... More

OMG hey have that system that if you pick something up you bought it! They have nuts, pretzels and 3 other goodies on the back row with the names of the goods labeled. The front row has four boxes, tummies bear, M and M's with no labels so unless you are three feet tall you have to pick them up... More

Two night stay with great rooms. Rooms were modern and facilities updated and clean. Poker Deli was informal but decent. Buffet was limited and food so so. Table games were limited but slots were updated with new games
