“Wrong room. Broken Fridge.”

Hotel staff was very polite but very ineffective. We booked a king but got a two queen room. They moved us into the room next door but that room had a broken refrigerator. We have stayed here many times in the past and have not ever had a problem before. Not sure why we did this time.

“Great Location”

Perfect location, right across the street from Ontario Improv (5 min drive or 15 min walk). Great indoor pool. everything looked clean. Will definitely stay again if in this area. Plenty of Restaurants around that are also walking distance.

“Great staff but not so great room”

I stayed here during the past Memorial Day weekend. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. However, several items in the room were not working properly which caused minor issues. Location is right behind the mall and close proximity to airport. Good if housekeeping can monitor more closely of the condition of the room.

extremely friendly and helpful staff and accomodations, excellent breakfast service and food. the breakfast staff were the highlight of my morning, always genuinely interested in plans and offering many sight seeing alternatives and ideas. really made my day quite enjoyable.

“Problems galore”

Stay there every few weeks. Last time we stayed we were upgraded as Diamond members to a suite with jacuzzi. Jacuzzi didn't work and the phones didn't work. Good employee fixed both problems. However, every time we stay there is a problem. Better hotels in the area.

Overall, excellent stay. Ideal location, with retail business like restaurants within easy walking distance. There is easy access to I-15 and to 4th Street which is the dividing line between Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario. The restaurant needs some work in terms of staffing and quality of food being served.
