I traveled with my sisters and 3 nieces to visit my other niece who moved to Rancho Cucamonga last March. She told us to book and stay at the Four points Sheraton I Rancho. This property is only four years old but well maintained and staff is friendly and rooms clean. Great location and great if you need to stay... More

This an excellent property for traveling out of Ontario Airport. The hotel is located directly off I-15 and on the historic Route 66. Getting to the airport from here is a breeze and you will not need to feel rushed. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the rooms are spacious. I only interacted with the front desk team, but everyone... More

Four points by Sheraton at Rancho Cucomanga is located in the Historic Highway 66 and close to the shopping places like Ontario Mills and Victoria gardens. The Hotel is of reasonable quality and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is normal. Internet is with good speed. Two problems I see, there is no electric switch near the bed - switch is... More

We were going to stay at a different property but my client was staying here so we switched. Overall I was not impressed. The first room we got smelled like smoke so they moved us. The second room everyone said described the smell as "armpit" but I am not allergic to armpit so we put on the A/C and stayed.... More

We have been staying at this 4 Points around twice a year for the past 5 years. They have "remodeled" the bar/restaurant area and whoever was responsible should be embaressed to say the least. They took out all the comfy couches and chairs surrounding the fire place, changed the lighting (non-adjustable) and replaced other furniture with stuff that resembles an... More

Cleanliness was very good. Bed comfort was good also. Hotel was busy so there was a lot of door slamming and people up and down the halls. On the first stay I was right by the elevator and it was noisy. On the second stay I was further down the hall and not facing foothill blvd. so it was much... More

Stayed here for 5 weeks and it was very comfortable. Nice staff, good food. I stayed on the club floor which had or'dourves each night and a fridge stocked with soft drinks to help yourself. Swimminpool was nice. Spent most weekends in Santa Monica which was about an hour drive away.

Not my most pleasurable hotel stay - but not the worst either. Cons 1. The Noise! From people slamming doors to street noise to planes to being able to hear your neighbor. You name it - you hear it. 2. Size of the TV - this is a GIANT room with a maybe 32" TV? It makes zero sense 3.... More

I stayed here for a company business conference and was quite surprised after reading some mediocre reviews. My gathering: Weeknight price for 2 beds was $119 + taxes. There was a $50 hold on my personal credit card, for incidentals. The room was HUGE. I was in 136 to be exact. 2 full beds, nice armour, desk with Ethernet, living... More

The only bummer was the lack of a free breakfast, because there is a paid one downstairs. Otherwise, this is a nice business hotel to stay at. RC is a good area for hotels, so there's probably not one bad one per se, so you can't go wrong with any of them. The room was big and the Internet worked,... More
