The Hyatt Place is the old Amerisuites and, except for the bathroom, everything has been renovated to a very modern, hip look and feel as shown on the website. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious with a 42" high-definition TV. The TV is mounted on a swivel so you can see the TV from the bed... More

This is such a great place! I booked two rooms, one with a king and another with two queen beds. Each room had a huge plasma television, and each had a small fridge, and a living room area. Plus, each room has its own pull out sofa bed. Had I known this, I would have only booked one room. However,... More

Stayed at this hotel due to local information about the recent renovations. It was a basic business travelers hotel with a little more working room than average. The bathroom area was very small and there was no place to really hang my suitcase as the closet was extremely small. However, the room itself is of a nice size with a... More

This hotel (now Hyatt Place) looks good from the outside. The rooms are updated, but the forced air conditioner/heater is the type that blows directly on the beds. They offer good coffee and limited food choices in the cramped and small lobby. My biggest complaint is the staff and manager. We were quoted one rate by the front office staff... More

This is called Hyatt Place Rancho Cordova now. Although reconstruction was going on it didn't put a kink in our stay. Our king suite room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, along with a wonderful huge flat screen TV. However, there was no pitcher for the coffee maker. The complimentary breakfast was so-so with pre-cut stale fruit, runny scrambled eggs... More

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was lovely, the beds extremely comfortable and the staff was great. All the rooms have large flat-screen TVs, refrigerators, coffee pots, and more. The continental breakfast was deluxe: cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, danish, scrambled eggs, coffee, juice, etc. There was some remodling going on in the lobby, but in no... More

I travel to Sacramento for business quite a lot, and my favorite place to stay is the Marriott Hotel in Rancho Cordova. The Marriott was full, so my office booked me at the Amerisuites (which is undergoing its transformation to The Hyatt Place). Unaware of the remodeling project, I was none-too-pleased to be booked at Amerisuites; I entered the hotel... More

I would have given a 4 star if I didn't get a smoking room. I booked through priceline, got a suite room for around $45. Suites have a little office area, round table for two for eating and kitchenette with fridge and microwave seperate from the bedroom. Near Hwy 50 and across the Hwy from some shopping and eateries, will... More

I had booked a room at this hotel for a business week. I stayed one night and left running! The room was depressing with ugly decor and walls were painted this odd yellow green color. Ice and vending is on every other floor so was not on my floor. The night I spent there was the most depressing night I... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night early this month. The going rate was $125 + tax, but I paid $61 total through priceline. PROs: nice staff, breakfast options other hotels don't offer, good location off US50 in a business park, free parking, free assortment of newspapers, clean bathroom. CONs: flat standard hotel mattress, no variety of pillows, the... More
