The ONLY reason we stayed at this hotel was because of the indoor pool & spa. Bothy were freezing cold!!! Management said that senior manager said to change water over the weekend, because their busy days are Monday, Tues, Wed. Don't go here on weekends! This used to be a nice hotel until Hilton took it over. We won't be... more

I have stayed in many Hampton Inn's throughout the US & Canada. This one disappointed me. Where to start: First, the floors seemed like they really hadn't been vacuumed well. In fact, I know they were not vacuumed during my stay because there was powder on the floor that never was removed. Second, there was no chair for the desk.... more

Overall good stay. There were renovations going on in the hotel, so I was stepping over things in the hallway, but my room was great. Very nice bed and bathroom. I did feel that it was a little too cramped (the extra room in the bathroom does not make up for the rest of the room being tight). Easy parking... more

We only stayed for one night, room 313...2 queens, smoking. The weekend rate is only $79, great price for a clean, quiet room. Nothing seemed old as another poster had said, they must have updated since their review... The room was larger than most Hampton's we've stayed in, the beds were comfy and had nice bedding. Bathroom was good sized... more

The place is ok once you find it. They could make it a little easier as it's kind of buried at the beginning of a business park and not much else at that end of town. The front desk was helpful giving directions. Stayed over on a Saturday night and the place was quiet. No problems and was nice Sunday... more

My office usually books me at the Marriott when I travel to Sacramento, but - on this visit - the Marriott was booked...so they booked me at the Hampton Inn via the Hilton 800 number. I had stayed at Hampton Inns in the past, so I was looking forward to the visit. When I arrived, I was surprised...and disappointed. I... more

I was stay in this hotel when president day weekend. Room was noise becuase I got a room face to highway (US-50), it may be good when you are in business trip for a quick access, but bad when you want to sleep more in the morning. Breakfast and room was ok, it kept Hampton inn standard. Pool and SPA... more

I think this hotel was great. We had reservations for the Motel 6 across the freeway, but it was a dump so we stayed at the Hampton Inn for $74.00/night. They have an indoor pool which is open for adults until midnight. There is also a continental breakfast, which was very good, and well stocked. more

This hotel was very disappointing for a Hampton Inn. The room was very worn. It was over 100 degrees outside but being inside the hotel was no relief. The air conditioners are inadequate for cooling the room. The water temperature of the indoor pool was kept at 90 degrees (as warm as the hot tub). The water in the rooms... more
