Stayed for 3 days on a family visit. So many pluses for this place! Near the freeway, near a grocery, everything you need on sight, free parking, breakfast (great breakfast!) included and a very helpful and friendly staff. The room we had was the "minimum", which was a king size suite. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker were the appliances. There... More

This place is really beat up and worn out. It could be nice but rooms need to be completely redone. Stay at the Marriott down the road. The breakfast was good. the Common spaces are much nicer than the rooms.

Need a little updating I was in the life rooms for 3 days. The tables had chipped paint the doors had chipped paint. It was 6 of use we had plenty of space. Upstairs downstairs the hotel went over and beyond to make sure I was confortable. I would stay again.

Room I occupied was spacious but a little dated. Money needs to be plowed back into fresh carpeting throughout, curtains and lighting! Room did have a refrig. Desk reception kept telling me I was not registered there- even after an earlier call confirming I was - I went to the other Hyatt who cleared it up but by then I... More

I only stayed here one night but loved the friendly and professional staff that greeted me upon checkin. The room was spacious, the bed seemed a little on the short side for a king but plenty wide. The furniture was very hotelesk firm and not very comfortable but looked the mid hotel range style. They provided a coffee pot in... More

Its not the grandeur you might expect from other Hyatt properties, but it is an older hotel that has gone thru various changes over the years, finally becoming a Hyatt property. It has a nice breakfast bar and it has a lobby bar that open until 10 pm. The rooms are 2 room suites, with a fridge and microwave, a... More

This is a rehabbed older hotel that has had some great cosmetic improvements but needs more maintenance. Tops of roofs, stairwells, the hole in the bathroom ceiling where the sprinkler used to be, the Motel-6-type bathrooms, etc., show the changes are cosmetic and not really of Hyatt quality. That said, the breakfasts were worth it as were the weekend rates... More

I have been staying at this property a few times each year for 13 years. The free breakfasts with friendly staff is the reason to stay here for business. You get a great buffet with made to order omelets. There are many maintenance issues - stains on drapes, carpet not installed properly, paint chips, etc. My room was not cleaned... More

For a business stay it isn't bad. It is starting to look a little worn though. For sure not the cleanest room I have checked into at a Hyatt. I expect better quality from such an establishment. Rust is starting to show trough some around bathroom area. Drain was plugged up. TV reception was awful with snowy screen on a... More

I stayed in the Hyatt house Sacramento/Rancho Cordova during the last week of September. I really liked staying in a hotel where the personnel made me feel at home. They offer a superb breakfast (included in the rate) and being able to enjoy dinner in the hotel was very comforting after a long day in the office. I am a... More
