This has To be one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at! It may be listed as a hotel but it feels like a motel. We were put in a dumpy room for the first 3 days & then after a slip In The bathroom from the toilet water leaking all night & shower water going from hot to... More

I have stayed here a couple of times now as I am a contractor working close . The staff are very friendly and will assist you in your rooms. The Beds are really comfortable and plenty of hot water in the shower what I have experienced. Wendy's and 7-11 across the street . Nice rooms . Overall good experience for... More

Thank you for your feedback. We are so pleased that you had a pleasant stay with us. We are currently under construction to become a La Quinta, and once the renovation is completed in the summer we will have a much more expansive breakfast selection. Thank you again and we hope to see you back soon! More

Nothing special on the inside, but it was a clean room. There is not much signage to tell you the name of the hotel because they are going through some sort of franchise change. Plenty of parking....except on Friday or Saturday night. Apparently there is a night club on site that requires police and security presence. You have to prove... More

This hotel is conveniently located on Temple Ave. just off the I-57 exit, and near Cal-Poly Pomona. The price is right, and the staff was extremely accommodating. Sitting around the pool, which is located in an inner courtyard is very pleasant. My room had a small fridge & a microwave, which was very good for me. Much of the hotel... More

Thank you for your feedback. We are thrilled that you had a pleasant stay with us. We have changed how we are renovating the hotel to closing on one wing at a time to minimize any noise or construction dust, and we expect all construction to be completed by this summer. AWFUL. Turned down bed to find fresh stains and hair. Given new room, upstairs, elevator not working. Dark, creepy corridors. TV old school. Shower head too high. Afraid to walk on carpet without shoes on. I'm 57 years old, stayed in lots of hotels and this is the first time I ever complained and felt a review was necessary.

Had a hard time finding the hotel...the sign outside is for the Shilo Hotel. Check in process took a while. Only one person working at the front desk. He was very helpful. Upon getting into my room, my key didn't work, so I had to go back to the front desk for a new key. No soap to wash my... More

My boyfriend I and stayed here recently because he had a dental exam scheduled very early for the next morning nearby and we didn't want to be late. We checked in around 5 pm and grabbed lunch across the street; the location was very convenient because it was near a gas station, fast food and a drugstore all within walking... More

I spent a week here while attending an event at the Fairplex; had plenty of opportunity to observe and evaluate. First, the front desk staff no matter the day or time of day, are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Second, the hotel is tired, but clean. Overall, I felt security was not adequate. The security seemed especially in adequate on Friday... More
