I have stayed at this hotel 2 times. The first time was in 2012 when they told me the hotel had been sold and is being renovated. I was going to the area again, called the hotel and was told the owner had done some renovations but not complete so I took a chance and booked a room. BIG BIG... More

Upon check in on Friday, we discovered not to many things to make our experience at this hotel an even good one. The carpet was filthy! They cleaned it for us the following day which was great, but when we got back from the races the carpet was still soaked! They said the restaurant and bar was closed for renovations... More

The bathroom door fell off it's hinges, two screws holding it. I though I was going to die in the elevator. Smells of paint everywhere. On a positive note, the A/C worked. Oh yeah one floor is gutted. STAY AWAY! !!

First of all, you have to drive an obstacle course to find the lobby; it's in the back of the hotel just past 30 "compact only" parking spots too small for an actual compact car. After a 20 minute check-in (I was the only guest standing there) we made it to the room. It had to be 90 degrees in... More

It was great when it was Shilo Suites and I have amazing memories but that place is long gone. DO NOT STAY HERE! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, IMMATURE STAFF! The only guests I saw looked like trashy strippers and when you drive up, it looks dark and abandoned. I didn't make it to the room.

First checked in on 11/14/14. NO ONE was at the Hotel which should be a warning after Shilo sold it. Restaurant is closed for remodeling for the last 2 months. Black mold in the bathroom caused us to change rooms the next day due to the smell. No alarm clock in the room. Beds were comfortable though. Their idea of... More

We truly love this hotel. Very good location. Classical building, old photographs on the wall and classic elevator... So beautiful hotel. Like other reviews says bathroom is old and tiny. My house is old as this hotel so I get used to the small bathroom or tiny tiny sink. I will stay again. Thank you!

A hotel that I honestly do NOT feel comfortable to take my shoes off at all in! The carpets are stained & dirty looking, t.v.s are circa mid 80's, the ceilings are water stained, the bed covers are faded and look like other microbes are living & procreating in them, there is brown paint all over the cabinets to cover... The Hilltop Suites in Pomona, California was beyond a disappointment. The reservation stated we would have a suite...with a couch, table, chair, coffee pot etc. We had a bed...no ice bucket, coffee pot, couch...not even hand towels and get this, we ran out of Kleenex and were told they didn't have any. NEVER stay there. Restaurant was closed and fire... More
