We almost didn't stay here because of someone's bad review. I'm glad I took the risk. With other lodging in Point Arena costing around $180/ night with taxes, the Sea Shell ($72 total with AAA discount) was a deal. We stayed at the Sea Shell Motel and this place could really use some work to say the least. The carpet is torn and stained. You can actually see the cement through parts of the carpet.
