This hotel was terrible. The staff was helpful and accommodating but everything from the hotel lobby to the guest rooms was old, in need of repair or dirty. The hotel is a pet friendly hotel. However there are pet stains in the hallways and even in my guest room. The bathroom had rust around the fixtures and and silt came... More

This was our second visit to this hotel. Cory, the front office manager greeted us warmly, in my experience you don't find many managers greeting you before you have actually checked in. Cory remembered our previous visit and arranged for us to have a delightful room away from the Freeway. It was spacious, comfortably furnished, and had zero noise issues... More

This hotel has one of the best teams I have seen in a while. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was good size and the bath was super clean. No evidence of prior guest. Hotel gym has a variety of equipment. Enough to keep the workout going while on the road. Mall is across the street should you forget something.... More

I reserved a hotel room here using Priceline.com and somehow my dates changed in the app. I ended up with a reservation for a night that was unusable. As Priceline has a strict no cancellation policy, I decided to give the hotel a call and see what happens. I spoke to a front desk worker named Joannah and she quickly... More

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days on a business trip. The hotel is very conveniently located for shopping and transit and backs on to a major highway. Appearance of the hotel exterior is very dated, almost look like an old school instead of a hotel. Entering the hotel is no better, very worn and dated. Friendly efficient reception. The... More

The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to the BART station. If you plan to go into the city on a regular basis this is a good thing. Now on to the bad things..This hotel is lacking so many basic things.. Our room did not have a toilet paper holder, no bathroom counter, no place... More

I stayed at this hotel because SF was completely sold out (with the exception of the very expensive rooms and questionable hotels). I'll. start with the positives. The hotel staff was extremely courteous. Seriously some of the nicest staff I've ever encountered. It is a 5 minute walk to the Bart station, which made it very convenient to get to... More

Nothing wrong with this hotel's staff, service and the like. However... the location, terrible. Half the rooms face an exceptionally busy and noisy freeway. The building is old and the rooms horrible. Everything is crying out for an update. You'll find yourself looking for signs or confirmations that you're actually in a Sheraton. Its room rates reflect the building. Its... More

After our third night of a 5 night stay, the room had not been made by 4:30 PM. After calling the front desk, they apologized, we went to dinner and came back at 8:00 PM the room was finally made up. Next night, 5:30 PM, room not serviced. Front desk said the Do Not Disturb sign was out at 2:00... More

Stayed here for business. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, big bathroom, and nice front desk. I was staying in room 201 or 202, whichever room number it was, it was facing the highway and shared a wall with the elevator, so the room was rather noisy at times. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper and so it didn't bother... More
