I reserved a hotel room here using Priceline.com and somehow my dates changed in the app. I ended up with a reservation for a night that was unusable. As Priceline has a strict no cancellation policy, I decided to give the hotel a call and see what happens. I spoke to a front desk worker named Joannah and she quickly... More

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days on a business trip. The hotel is very conveniently located for shopping and transit and backs on to a major highway. Appearance of the hotel exterior is very dated, almost look like an old school instead of a hotel. Entering the hotel is no better, very worn and dated. Friendly efficient reception. The... More

The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to the BART station. If you plan to go into the city on a regular basis this is a good thing. Now on to the bad things..This hotel is lacking so many basic things.. Our room did not have a toilet paper holder, no bathroom counter, no place... More

I stayed at this hotel because SF was completely sold out (with the exception of the very expensive rooms and questionable hotels). I'll. start with the positives. The hotel staff was extremely courteous. Seriously some of the nicest staff I've ever encountered. It is a 5 minute walk to the Bart station, which made it very convenient to get to... More

Nothing wrong with this hotel's staff, service and the like. However... the location, terrible. Half the rooms face an exceptionally busy and noisy freeway. The building is old and the rooms horrible. Everything is crying out for an update. You'll find yourself looking for signs or confirmations that you're actually in a Sheraton. Its room rates reflect the building. Its... More

After our third night of a 5 night stay, the room had not been made by 4:30 PM. After calling the front desk, they apologized, we went to dinner and came back at 8:00 PM the room was finally made up. Next night, 5:30 PM, room not serviced. Front desk said the Do Not Disturb sign was out at 2:00... More

Stayed here for business. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, big bathroom, and nice front desk. I was staying in room 201 or 202, whichever room number it was, it was facing the highway and shared a wall with the elevator, so the room was rather noisy at times. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper and so it didn't bother... More

The staff are some of the most friendly staff I have encountered. They were always very friendly and tried to help with anything/everything. Club lounge was nice, beds were not as comfortable as other sheratons I have stayed at recently, but passable. It is in a fantastic location if you are doing business in Pleasanton.

Friendly and helpful staff started this trip off right. The room was clean, comfortable and met my kingsize needs. The price was very affordable. The only downer was the just average inhouse restaurant. We were there over Thanksgiving weekend so I shouldn't be too tough. After all who wants to work on Thanksgiving when you should be with family, like... More

Pluses: Staff was friendly Gym was nicely put together Great location Minuses: If you stay on the side with the highway be prepared...it's very noisy Some of the furniture in my room had large scratches and chips on it, and should be replaced The toilet worked funky and almost flooded multiple times
