The hotel is in a quiet area of Placentia, quiet in that there is really nothing else in the area if you're looking for food, shopping, etc. It's not a long drive away but don't expect to be able to walk around and see the city if you're staying here. We stayed here with kids to visit Disneyland. It was a bit far- took us about 20 minutes to get to the park from this hotel, we stayed off the freeways.
