This establishment scores 2 stars for location and walkability to downtown Pismo. However, the facilities are uncared for. There were scratches on the walls, a cracked lampshade, dusty door jambs and pieces of visible trash on the carpet. Two of the pillows on the bed had long pieces of hair on them and it just didn't smell clean. It was... More

Just an overnighter but a nice clean place. Plenty of parking. Good sized rooms very comfy bed and a dip in the warm pool was just the ticket after a long day on the road. Can't go wrong with this place.

Well, the pro is walking distance to the main drag and the pier, beach and eateries. Hotel is older, tv was not receiving satalite well. Constant distortion. Terminex bug truck was there when I arrived, kind of funny huh! Continental breakfast a joke, plan to eat out. Office big enough to hold 1 1/2 people and cereal (yuk) and apples... More

Nice location. Up the street from the piers and walking distance from restaurants and bars. Friendly couple running the place. Decent size bed room, with an attached kitchenette with a table and two chairs, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker. This little kitchenette was a nice surprise to us. We were on the second level. We had our windows open and did... More

Five stars for Siddhi's customer service skills, the care and warm welcome. The owner was welcoming as well. He let us leave our car parked in the hotel's private parking while we went out for breakfast and after checking out. Cleanliness of the room is 4 stars. Hotel was very quiet for being on a busy street and it is... More

Well we had made our way from Vegas up to Yellowstone and then across to Pismo Beach, we stopped off first at a little place up the coast called Avilla a very nice small seaside town but everywhere we asked to stay over for a couple of days was full so we moved on stopping briefly at the Seacrest hotel... The location of this establishment is ideal, but let's call it what it really is, a motel with a kitchenette. One that had no plates or any utensils. Generally when I've stayed at a place with a kitchenette, there are some very basic utensils or at least paper plates. When we went to heat up leftovers from the night before,... More

As we were pulling in the parking lot this afternoon I got a call from the desk clerk. The $130 that I booked our room for was a mistake. She could offer me a discounted rate of $289 since it was Saturday night rather than my original Sunday night booking.

The hotel was close to the beach and shops and restaurants and the tempurpedic bed was comfortable. The room was small and dingy and dirty. The sink was in the small room. There were piles of junk and garbage under the stairs and on the deck and stuffed everywhere outside. We were not treated well, and paid over $300 before... More

Good enough for one night. The breakfast is included, but it was "served" in the reception area which is the size of a large wardrobe. We skipped it. No place to sit down, and not many choices. The location is good, and you are within walking distance to the pier, restaurants and shops.
