I love this hotel. It is very small and has a very historic feel. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and the rooms are very clean. The rooms are good size and the furniture looks new. GREAT rates midweek. Even the weekend rates are very reasonable. We booked a weekend and then stayed an extra day... more

The hotel is definitely an older. The elevator was a kick - you hope that both doors had been shut so it would work. Our room was near the exit so we used the stairs. We stayed in a room with a queen size bed, so-so on the comfort. The room was clean. The "ocean view" is a glimpse. I... more

This is an olde style and quaint hotel. The wife and I stayed in rm 202. This is a suite with a balcony at least twice the size of the average room. Might be good at this point to say we paid $305 per night. The room was spacious to say the least. King bed, whirlpool bath/shower, large tv, (remote... more

Please do not stay here the place was very noisy and some of the staff was rude. The people in the room next to me had a party and had about 30 people in the room laughing and slamming doors until 4:00 in the morning. I called the office around 1:00 in the morning when i could not stand any... more

This ancient place has a youthful exuberant staff and our room was small but clean and centrally located to shopping and the beach attractions. They have this antique elevator with a metal folding door in addition to some remodeled doors that is a trip to ride on. I found the stairs much easier to use. The meager "Continental breakfast" is... more

The hotel was in a perfect location for visitors as everything ,shops bars & restraunts are all just a few yards away. The rooms are clean , cozy & quiet with a cool old feel to the place. Staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast... more

After years of traveling to Pismo Beach, Ca, I have never stayed at this hotel. We had no problems with this Hotel. Overall, I would stay there again. I wouldn't say it was my favorite- we didn't have a view of the ocean, but it worked for a weekend getaway. If you are looking for a cheap and clean room... more

In a word: Craptacular. And, we were charged $150 a night!!! I can appreciate old beach town charm, but this hotel was the pits for accommodations and service. Accommodations: The room smelled, the blankets smelled, the carpet was soiled, the towels must have been 10 years old, there was no tv remote, just one small wall heater, so small one... more

I booked 3 rooms at this hotel for my graduation in April when I was told the price would be $605 plus taxes. I tried to pay for it there but the attendant refused and would not give me a print out of the charges, just a confirmation number saying I can't pay until check-in. The day before my parents... more

My husband and I stayed the night at the Pismo Beach Hotel which is connected to "Harry's" pub. We wanted to be able to enjoy the pub and then be within walking distance of our hotel. So the Pismo Beach Hotel was perfect! The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. It is a older building so the... more
