This wash't the nicest Best Western that I've ever stayed at, but it was pretty good. The room was clean and large and the bed was comfortable - that's all I really need! I was a little concerned about the noise from the busy road, especially since our room was literally right next to it, but I actually couldn't hear... More

If you see the road tore up, dont STAY.. The noise is deafening, and lobby staff new it was happening and did not tell any guests. People were sure pissed off, NO SLEEP 10pm till 5am, Jack hammering and digging and all. LOUD

Dear Traveler, While it is true the city and PG&E are working on a project near the hotel, we are not informed of what type of work is being conducted. We have received very few complaints over the last two months of this project, primarily because the majority of the work has not been overwhelmingly noisy. I sincerely apologize that... More

We had booked our room to stay where as we had to drive back to my home in Cali do to the my aunts passing. We drove in after 3 days on the road to find that when I booked it was wrong... I had told them I would be paying CASH when booked. No credit card. They said that... More

Dear Traveler, I am very sorry to hear your trip was so emotional and involved. It is true that we do not accept cash at check-in and our policies are very clear that we do need a bank issued credit card and ID at check-in. I apologize that our front desk agent could not think of a way to get... More

Pleasantly surprised how great the accommodations were at this hotel. Easy drive to OAK for midday flight. Well cared for from the updated rooms, the breakfast and the roses. Pool wasn't opened yet but will be nice when it is.Glad we found this for our last stay in California.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The handicap room was wonderful and very convenient for my mother. The staff made sure I had a room next to hers. The Palms restaurant was good.

Our check-in was flawless. The Best Western room was excellent and had a comfortable bed. The night was quiet, we slept soundly, All in all a very peasant stay........ We've been to other motels the last 45 years and this one rates a 10 easily. If we stay in Petaluma again, we most certain would stay here. We were also... More

A moderate hotel with large rooms and baths, comfortable beds. Two floors, outside entrances, parking in front of rooms. Had micro and frig. Free computer, friendly staff. Good restaurant on site, with fair prices and good beer with dinner. Great location for on/off highway. A good first night out after flying into Oakland.

Great bed, good shower, on-site restaurant makes delicious soups, staff was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us explore both the Napa/Sonoma wine country and the Northern CA cheese trail. Convenient to Mendocino and Fort Bragg as well.

I stayed at this location for one night. Having lived in Petaluma for many years before moving out of state, I was aware of the potential for freeway noise at this hotel. Surprisingly, I heard none. The hotel is a little dated, but very clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff was cheerful and pleasant. The room price... More

Over the years we have driven through Petaluma but never have stop there, what a big mistake as the Best Western and the town turned out to be well worth the stay. There are walking trails and great weather and a downtown that is geared for visiting.
