We used our points for this hotel; which is why we stayed there. It was an efficiency room; which was ok. Too far from where we wanted to be. Petaluma is a strange town. Sort of "country-like" folks live there. They could never make our room cool enough. After a few tries, they gave up! They refused to change our... More

Thanks for taking the time to write a review for your stay 3 months ago. While I'm not sure what to make of your comments (e.g. "country-like folks") I can tell you that our hotel rooms are currently being completely re-done. If you returned I'm sure you'd find them very "cool" in more ways than one. Petaluma is well located... More

We are staying in the hotel for 3 nights. Today, no one bothered to clean our room. A previous reviewer had a similar experience. No one seemed surprise and the house keeping manager, when I found her in hall, gave me the excuse that they each have 15 rooms to clean. If need be, hire more people.... I would have... More

Glad to have you staying with us. We do clean rooms until 5 pm as do most hotels. You called at 2:30 pm irate that your room was not cleaned, which is totally fine. We cleaned it immediately! I would suggest that you tell the front desk if there is a specific time you would like your room cleaned by.... More

We stayed at this hotel for the first time on Thanksgiving and were very impressed. It is conveniently located to Petaluma, which is a great little town. The hotel is beautiful, finishing up a renovation at this time. We had a junior suite with Club Level access, which was very nice. They even had turkey dinner available in the Club,... More

My wife and I spent an evening here during a road trip and we found it comfortable. clean and service was great. The room was very comfortable and modern, we were on the Club level which was quite accommodating even after hours. Breakfast was delicious. I would absolutely stay here again.

We were here for 3 nights. Nice area. Petaluma is a sweet town with antique shops, good restaurants, about 20 minutes from the heart of wine country. We used it as a base and wondered the wine country after a wonderful family wedding.

Thanks so much for staying with us. We truly are ideally located between the 2 wine countries. Not much more than a half an hour in either direction will see you in some of the world's most beautiful vineyards. We sure hope you hurry back - we have brand-new renovated rooms available starting next week! Warm Regards, Scott Satterfield More

My wife and I Stayed for 4 nights due to a family funeral and birthday celebration combined. When we arrived I asked that my two reservations be combined so I could have just one receipt at checkout. The front desk agent assured me it was done and we went to the room. We wrnt to dinner at the today restaurant... More

Hotels certainly make mistakes. As a former hotel general manager you should certainly know that. However, there are unfortunately guests today who come up with issues only to get things free. I could not verify the "do not disturb" sign being removed as we had 3 employees who claim it was there later in the day. I did offer $100... More

we were upgraded to a suite, the Internet was free, but only because it didn't work too well. The service was as good as it could be, just not overall up to par with other spg properties. The grounds are nice for walking, but not much else

Just returned from my sixth trip to Sonoma/Napa area. Always had stayed right in the thick of it. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Went for a long weekend for the Wine Road. This hotel is about a half hour from the key tasting areas in Sonoma County. The room was spacious and clean. The food in the club lounge... More

Great to have you with us! Thanks for your kind review. I'm certainly glad that you enjoyed your stay. There are so many wineries in both the Sonoma and Napa valleys - which are both minutes away - but world-class wineries also exist right here in Petaluma. The Petaluma Gap Winegrowers Alliance is a great place to start to get... More

We were here overnight before heading further into Sonoma. The hotel is relatively convenient for this when traveling from SFO. I probably wouldn't stay here for a more lengthy stay, but it was fine for an overnight. It was one of those Sheraton experiences where it's pretty middle of the road but you're not sure until you get there. It... More

Three nights and couldn't wait to leave. The wait staff was slow or they hovered over you. The rooms were clean but needed updating. The staff should be inspected as one would have a shirt tucked in and another would have his hanging out. This is not up to the standards I'm used to in Sheraton.
