I would definitely stay here again. Very nice, polite & helpful staff. Without my asking, I got a room downstairs so I didn't have to lug my suitcase upstairs. The room was in excellent condition; very clean. An excellent room for the price; I can recommend it.

I arrived to this hotel, the room was very gross. It was a smoking room, and it smelled really bad. It was late at night and we were exhausted. They didn't have any other rooms available. I had to drive into San Francisco and get a more expensive hotel. I just called to ask for a refund and they refused.... More

Needed a place to stay between San Fran and Sonoma before three days in Wine Country. All the hotels in San Fran were $120+ (that included an early drive to Sonoma). After looking in Petaluma, the Best Value Inn was the lowest price, and I needed a shower and a bed. Therefore at $86, Best Value etched out the other... More

We stayed there for 2 nights. Basically it was clean for the most part, but was old and outdated. It was of the old 2 story, doors face the parking lots, no elevator to the second floor style. It was Reasonable priced for the area but I would not want to stay there more than one or two nights. It... More

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and could not have been happier. The room was clean and the staff was very responsive to our requests. The hotel was very close to Napa Valley as well as other sites in the area. Would definitely stay there again!

I've stayed at a million motels but this one takes the cake. Very very small rooms. They were clean. But the tiny rooms were so claustrophobic. Also at 2 am everyone left the casino across the parking lot and woke us up. So much fun!!! Never stay here.

I ordered this motel on a HotelClub to sleep one night during my trip. I didn't expected anything special - just a clean room where I can sleep a night. I ordered non-smoking room - however when I arrived I received a smoking room. To my request about non-smoking room they replied "it is not a requirements, this was a... More

Decided to drive through San Francisco and over the Golden Gate bridge and stay in wine country for 2 days before heading back to the UK. The motel is very basic but good value and is opposite a Casino which serves excellent food at very reasonable prices. Just what we needed as a base and enjoyed a long day travelling... More
