No information on prices so I'm responding. For summer, it seems that $195 is the going mid-week rate including a modest breakfast. There are only two rooms—you can rent either one for this price, which includes the private bath. Combine them for a "suite" for $295 if a family is going. Pescadero is a delightful, but very, very small village.

My family recently visited the Pescadero's McCormick House "Bed & Biscuit" Inn, and it was absolutely charming. The inn-keepers (Lisa and Mauro) were very warm, welcoming, and kind. The facility was very clean, very well-kept, very quiet, and very relaxing. Every little detail was handled, like an extension cord under the dresser so it was easy to plug in items... More

We stayed at this very nice Bed and Breakfast over a year ago and I've been meaning to write a rave review of it ever since! We were looking for a quiet place to say in nature not too far from home and we found the perfect place for us. Lisa and Mauro made us feel completely welcome and were... More

The only person who rivals Lisa's attention to detail is my mother and that is not easy to match!!! Every corner is thoughtfully and neatly decorated not to mention impeccably clean. The sheets smell nice and are ironed, an array of magazines and books are at your disposal; a box of kleenex tissues on each side of the bed; pillows... More

I can't speak more highly of this sweet little gem of a b&b in Pescadero town. I stayed here for three days and two nights on a recent winter weekend writing retreat, away from my busy routine as a mom and business owner. The owners, Lisa and Mauro, are incredibly warm, welcoming, and easygoing; I felt like I was going... More

High fluffy beds and blueberry biscuits with sugar crystals, this is an authentic B&B. The most unassuming place (it’s on the tiny main street in Pescadero and I have never noticed it), I only discovered it because my parents were coming to town and I was searching for a reasonable and close place for them to stay. I feel confident... More

My lovely bride and I stayed at Lisa and Mauro's McCormick House Bed & Biscuit in Pescadero, CA and loved it there. Lisa and Mauro are terrific people and very accommodating. Lisa went out of her way to get me Hazelnut Creamer that I love in my coffee. The Biscuit's she makes are scrumptious. Big fluffy things with granulated organic... More

We stayed here with our two young daughters (1.5 & 3.5) over Thanksgiving. We were able to have the entire second floor to ourselves, thus enabling us to have our own separate bedroom from the children. The children's room was a victorian dream come true, especially suited to little girls. Our every encounter with Linda, from speaking on the phone... More

We didn't realize, until today, that we could reply to reviews we've received, so this is a very belated "thank you" to you and your lovely family! We are delighted that you and your sweet girls were happy with your rooms. Making our "Aunt Fanny & Sister Beth" room especially pleasing to kids (of all ages!) was one of our... More

We stayed here as a family of 5 (3 adults + 2 kids). The 'master suite' was beautifully decorated with a bed and bedding more luxurious than my own. The 'kids room' (1 double and 1 singe bed) was equally charming and my girls didn't want to leave as they had so much fun with the breakfast-in-bed tray and antique... More

My only regret is that we had to cut our trip short. When we got home I noticed my husband I were going about our unpacking and getting settled into our home in an unusually quiet, distant, sort of spaced - out way. It wasn't that we hadn't enjoyed our trip to Pescadero, but rather our hearts and heads were... More
