The motel is about what you would expect from a 2 star. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly renovated and more attractive than the picture shows on the web site. For the most part it was clean. However they now have faux wood floors and it didn't seem that our had been mopped for a... More

Very nice updated Motel 6. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Room as expected and clean. Near fast food, fair grounds, and downtown area as well as close to wineries If you don't want to spend the high hotel prices of Paso, good bet here.

If you are familiar with the chain, you know it's a basic, you know what to expect, kinda place. No extras. This branch is remodeled in the newer fashion: orange wall, faux wood floors. No shampoo, fridge. Flat TV. McDonald's close by, but five minute drive from downtown Paso.

Rooms have been upgraded since photos posted here, and if this is your best/cheapest/only option for a night or two in the area, go for it. It's clean, nice enough, and not as bad as what you would expect.

If you're looking for a five star hotel, this isn't it. You get what you pay for, a inexpensive place to lay your head. The hardwood flooring is a nice touch. It does get loud being next to a freeway. So be prepared for that. They were kind enough to allow us to check in a little early. You can't... More

I wasn't expecting much, but the motel was in the middle of updating and none too soon. Our room had been updated and was better than the room our friends stayed in, but the tiny bathroom housed a bath that looked as if it had been assaulted with a hammer round the overflow and was rusty. The towels are skimpy... More

Stayed the night and lost my cat. Hotel staff was no help. Refused to post my flyer even for a day. Refused to let me check rooms to see if she was hiding. I stayed another night to search for her and I was told I couldn't walk around and look for her....or else! If you love animals boycott this... More

If i were to book this hotel again i wouldn't. it was something booked by the company i work for. Very small, dirty rooms. friendly staff doesn't make up for the rest of the property. They charge you $2.99/day for wi-fi access and if you request a room with a microwave that will be another $3 per day extra (but... More

I had to do some business in Paso Robles and most of the motels in the area are quite pricey or had questionable reviews. I selected the Motel six due to it being conveniently located, good reviews, and the best value for the area. The motel had plenty of parking, nice and clean swimming pool and the grounds and room... We pulled in on Saturday night At 9:30 to find a friendly clerk happy to explain several different room options. We had a nice quiet room in back where we could not hear the noise of freeway 101. The pool area is unusually nice for a Motel 6, in a grassy courtyard. The fenced pool has lots of lounge and... More
