Nice place a little spendy, nice rooms, nice staff, you have to pay for all meals, nothing included. bar located near front desk/Food area. On one night they had Wine tasting, lots of people. Small fridge in room, internet slow, and hard to enter site.

I went online to marriott.com to book a room in Santa Maria, CA. This hotel popped up with the others, and I wound up booking this hotel, which ended up being 60 miles from Santa Maria. I called on the day of my arrival, upon finding out...and they would not refund my stay...they gave me Marriott customer service...which handed me... More

Very impressed with this Courtyard. Hotel was updated from Courtyards I've stayed in in the past, both in the lobby and the rooms. Lobby us clean and modern with a "bistro" and bar. Outside, there is a courtyard with tables, chairs and a fountain. Nice work area and plenty of seating and tables, as well as plentiful outlets. Rooms are... More

This hotel does not change. It has the potential to be one of the great CY properties but because the management company focuses too much on profit, it degrades the experience. I am a hard core traveller that needs to keep up my Marriott stays. I stay here only for that reason. Here is some stats - Internet is NOT... More

Great check in experience. We arrived and were offered a goody bag for the fair which included water, popcorn, sunscreen and fair information. Having the shuttle at the hotel was definitely a plus. However, if you want a quiet sleep by all means avoid room 403. We stayed 2 nights there and there was a loud hum the whole time.... More

I will admit...the Courtyard is nice...clean...and their staff are wonderful people. However, this hotel seems to want to grab a dollar out of you for all amenities commensurate with the normal business traveler. Coffee is not complimentary...their grocery for purchase is well over 400% overpriced (for instance, a roll of Halls is $3.50), and they nuked the local wine tasting... More

Apparently just because you have a room reservation does not mean that they will have a room for you when you get there. I had booked for 2 nights. The first night we get there and the front desk tells me that they have overbooked and they do not have a room available and they are sending us to another... More

This was our second time here. This hotel has great service and is very clean and fresh. It still looks new and the little café is new. It is fine for eating but the menu is very limited. We were here with another couple and the hotel was in a very good location for town and wine tasting.

Loved our stay here. Room was updated, fridge helped with our picnicables. Decent pool, Starbucks coffee, close to many wineries and downtown area. A bit on the high side for a courtyard, but wrote that off as typical for holiday weekend. Hotel was booked solid but the front desk manager helped us to get an extra night.

Stayed here 2 nights on a wine weekend. Accomodation was as expected for a US COurtyard. Small pool and hot tub out back. Rooms were clean and updated. It's about a mile from the heart of downtown with the restaurants, and has easy access to the key winery areas. I'd stay here again. Expensive for a Courtyard ($300+, something ridiculous... More
