We had a wonderful romantic weekend at this B&B. It is well located to do some wonderful wine tasting at other places in the canyon. It is a bit of drive to local restaraunts but the bar-b-que grill on the patio is fun. The rooms share a courtyard for socializing and sitting around the fire pit. Each room is very... more

This was our second time we had been to the Wild Coyote winery which is also a Bed and Breakfast. The winery has a Southwestern flair to it and is lots of fun. This winery is "the house of reds" and they produce some very nice Zins, Syrah and Merlot here. We shared a tasting out on the back patio,... more

I just got back from my stay at the Wild Coyote during the Paso Zinfandel Festival with my father. Gianni and Kati were wonderful welcoming hosts and their staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are large, warm, cozy, absolutely immaculate and charmingly decorated in Santa Fe style. Their wines are excellent! Gianni is a great winemaker. Gianni and... more

We went for a third trip to Paso and because it was Holiday weekend most of the well known hotels were filled. We found Wild Coyote and loved it. A little gem in the vineyards, it was quiet comfortable and Gianni Mannuci makes very fine wines. We give it a must visit rating........loafsand fishes more

The design of the rooms, in an southwestern adobe style, was interesting and they were very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and excellent, and the sunrises over the vineyards were worth getting up at the crack of dawn for. If the the rooms seems a little pricey to you, join the wine club and get a 20%... more

I tried to stay at the historic Paso Robles Inn for my wife's birthday weekend but they were full. I thought I would miss not being able to walk to everything. But the only other downtown hotel, the recently opened Hotel Cheval, was $350/night. I decided to keep looking. I relied on TripAdvisor's list of Paso B&B's knowing it would... more

We stayed at the Wild Coyote for our anniversary. It was wonderful. The casitas where even better than the website shows. We stayed in "Zuni". It's the best of all 5 of them because it's on the end and you can park your car right next to it also it has windows where the casitas in between only have the... more

We were unsure whether to go ahead and book our stay here because of there were few comments on tripadvisor - boy, are we glad that we went ahead. I'm convinced that the lack of feedback is an attempt by past visitors to keep this place to themselves. Wild Coyote is a special place - it's a family outfit and... more

From the minute you arrive, Gianni and Kati will be family. From the wine tasting to start your stay to the bountiful home-cooked breakfast of farm-fresh goods in the morning, you will have found paradise. We especially enjoyed the bottle of estate wine that is in every room, while sitting in front of the kiva-style fireplace. The patio and large... more
