We went for a third trip to Paso and because it was Holiday weekend most of the well known hotels were filled. We found Wild Coyote and loved it. A little gem in the vineyards, it was quiet comfortable and Gianni Mannuci makes very fine wines. We give it a must visit rating........loafsand fishes more
