The worst hotel I have ever been at. They quoted us a price and charged us more than double. Customer service was absolutely unprofessional. If you don't want to ruin your stay in Paso Robles, do not go here. I can sum up my experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Paso Robles in 2 words: a nightmare. more

We stopped in this hotel on way to San Francisco, the service was awesome, nothing was to much trouble for the staff, we had a room in the new bloch which is i guess located in the middle of the car park, and even though the State Fair was running on the day we arrived noise was never a problem, resturantes... more

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels. For the most part they are not to expensive and are usually clean. I travel all the time about 80 percent. Like most companies we use a corporate credit card and send a credit card authorization form. I have never had any problems with this with any hotels Marriott, Hilton or... more

While the accommodations were fine and what is to be expected for a chain like Holiday Inn, the staff were extremely unhelpful and had poor customer service. We had booked a room with a king bed (for Valentine's Day weekend) and were given 2 double beds. When we complained we were told that we had reserved 2 double beds (1.... more

My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for Valentines/Presidents day weekend to do some wine tasting. We searched long and hard for a place to stay and decided that this best fit our budget. Upon arrival we were quickly checked in and given our room keys. We did a quick tour of the property and were impressed... more

This is a very nice hotel with impeccable service from the manager. The room was excellent. The location was also very good. I walked up the street and caught the local high school football game. Breakfast was really good and I really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area (inside). Overall, a great place to stay. more

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express on priority club points with plans to visit Hearst Castle the next morning. To me, the hotel is in kind of a strange location, but once you figure out the roads, it's okay. We stayed not in the main building, but in what they called the "new, soundproof building." The room was very... more

The Paso Robles Wine Festival held in May each year is one of three wine-inspired events that make getting a room in town difficult. There is always Atascadero, San Luis Obispo or Cambria but for an in-town location, pickin's are slim when the limited supply of hotel rooms book fast. And with four couples in our group, the small, 2... more

Stayed at this hotel for one night in a large room that accomodated a family of five. (the hotel provided rolloway bed for small charge). I booked the hotel through the Holiday Inn website however, as I was unsure whether they had noted the additional bed I contacted the hotel direct. They quoted me a higher charge than originally booked... more
