The physical upkeep of the building was not acceptable; the heater/AC unit was not working properly - it never heated the room and was so noisy that one could not possibly sleep with it running. Gave us a wimpy five percent AAA discount. Poor WIFI service. Soiled furniture. Bedspreads had cigarette burns on them. No ventilation in restroom. Lop-sided commode, rocked when in use. i think the room was pretty nice.. they had free wireless internet which is a big plus for me! they also had big 27 inch tvs with lots of channels.. helped me with directions and everything.. overall good experience.. more

D-U-M-P! When we got there they were airing out a room that was totally demolished! They had no bar soap only liquid soap that was in one dispensor that was in the shower.
