There were roaches in our room, we told them about it and they said they were shocked, they also said they needed a picture. The sheets didn't fit the bed, they came off every night. On three different occasions we had to go to the front desk to ask for cups. The drains in the tub and the sink drained... More

The room was dirty and the bed was hard, but big. Bathroom was old and could have been renovated. We wont recomend this hotel if you want a nice hotel. The price was even as other hotels with better looking and quality.

We sought the least expensive central Pasadena location to stay for a week, and this location was excellent for our purposes. It's three stories and our room was near the breakfast room, so it was not quite once 7 am came I(fine with us). Our main requirement was good beds as we had myself, husband and adult son staying on... More

Sink and bathtub did not drain in spite of 3 requests to resolve or move me. Staff was difficult to understand. Room was not cleaned one day. Noise at night from the street and other guests.

We stayed a week. Our number 1 priority is good beds, and our two queens (for spouse and self, and one for adult son) were excellent with great pillows. If you have ever tried to sleep on a queen where you and your spouse both slide off the sides, you will know what I am talking about. We were able... More

I had a nice stay at this roadside. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It is located about 4 miles form Old Pasadena town square where there is a metro train that takes you downtown L.A. At the time of my stay, there did appear to be some construction and re-modeling going on, but nothing to complain about really.... More

Room was simple, clean and very ugly. The bedspreads need to be replaced - the ugly plain brown spread had holes in it! The entire room needed a cosmetic lift - paint/paper/draperies. Therefore, not very appealing. The room smelled musty. There was no window which could be opened. I opened the door, propping it with a wastepaper basket, to keep... More

Arrived at around 11 pm found out that this place was closed for renovation. An inconspicuous sign outside the darkened office directed us to a half-star Inn next door. We were not notify even we had booked the hotel 3 weeks in advanced via third party booking site. We were not allow a refund or compensation for the downgrade. So... More
