Ants in the bathroom, no matter how many requests, they were not gone, cobwebs in bathroom, not sure how long it's been since tile in shower was cleaned, but it was gross. How embarrassing, I booked this for my 80-year old mother and father traveling from the East Coast -- they wanted inexpensive, this was ridiculous.
