Very noisy air conditioning unit, room dirty, overall grungy. Great location but dirty room, low ceiling, dark and corners and under the bed dirty. I will not stay there again. For what they charge, they should be ashamed of what they offer.

Clean comfortable rooms in a great location with friendly staff. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Stayed here for a week and was very happy with the accommodations - pool and gym were very well maintained. Plenty of MAC computer in the hotel lobby for guests to use.

What can I say? Very friendly staff from the check in staff who were especially helpful and accommodating to the maintenance staff that said hello as you walked by. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Pasadena! The room was great and the housekeeper even provided a few extra items for the in-room coffee maker when requested. The attached parking garage was very convenient. Only two blocks from the main street which provided a variety of restaurants to have a lunch or dinner.
