Came here for a family wedding so we received coupons for the breakfast buffet - told at the front desk that they were good from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Sweet. Up to our room, the beds are comfortable; the rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Except I want to know what designer had the orgasm when they saw those... more

Some of these reviews really astound me. What do people expect from hotels these days? Perhaps it's because I'm a Hilton Honors member that I have never had a bad experience at a Hilton property, but I doubt it. Sometimes I think some people just complain for the sake of complaining. After a five and a half hour flight from... more

Stayed one night for business. The room was quiet and clean. Service very good. The bed was very very comfortable. The location is great, near Paseo Colorado. Lots of places to eat and relax. I would stay here again. Wireless was fast and easy! more

I stayed in this hotel for a full week for a conference being held at the Pasadena Conference Center. I am familiar with the company who actually owns this property, as it is a franchised operation, though Hilton. The Sales staff needs to learn how to spell - they had the name of our group misspelled on the Reader Board... more

We were told at the front desk that no rooms with king beds were available despite the fact that the halls were always empty: this is a standard Hilton lie if you use the name your own price Priceline (which we did and we still overpaid). The room was in front of the elevator which was noisy. It was the... more

avoid, avoid, avoid ... do I make myslef clear !? small rooms, small run down dated bathroom and worst of all loud A/C unit in the room that was terrible .. The room was either too hot or icy cold. No fresh air option, windows could not be opened. Only positive thing to say: room was very quiet. $18.00 for... more

It is apparent that the Hilton family runs its hotels as well as it raises its daughter. The entire hotel property just feels shabby. My room looked nice, on first glance, but that quickly faded away. A friend also stayed in another room, so my experience was not unique. Both rooms had the asbestos 'popcorn' ceilings, which should have been... more

The hotel is located close to a lot of places. I walked around downtown quite a bit. The room was narrow and the bathroom was crazy small. Nice bar, restaurant was good. Pet peeve: why must there always be a stain or dirt mark on white sheets in every hotel?! more

The staff make this the best hotel I have stayed in during my trips to Pasadena. It's a nice, simple, convenient, upscale hotel that near everything. The restaurants are good, just not visually impressive. Bland appearance, but worth it. Close to many restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel! I do wish the pool were indoor though. more

I wanted to stay in Old Town Pasadena and booked this hotel on Priceline at a good price. It is a decent hotel with nothing fancy. But for a place to sleep it is hard to beat and it is two blocks from the main street (Colorado) and all the restaurants, bars ect that the area has. If I was... more
