Stayed at Sheraton Pasadena for 6 nights December 2013. Location, location, location. This place is near Old Towne, Paseo, Lake, Colorado, and tons of great restaurant. You can't go wrong staying here... great location at reasonable prices. We all know hotels in Pasadena are expensive, so why not stay here. You are close to everything and you can save a... More

This hotel is in the best location for shopping and the sights of Pasadena. Walk around Old Town Pasadena, attend functions at the convention center, shop on Colorado or Lake Avenue, and enjoy fabulous restaurants. It is a matter of a couple of blocks to the red line train station that can take you into LA and beyond. If you... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. The location is really great. The hotel is very clean. The pool is small but good. The room size is good for 2 people. Tons of restaurants and shopping to walk too. Hiked in Eaton Canyon which was a short drive. Would definitely return to stay here!

Hotel is decent enough. Location is good. But service and attention to detail are non existent at this hotel. If you expect to have a working TV in your room, stay somewhere else. Now, don't get me wrong. We're here on business, and, we are not in our room watching TV. But, I do expect to be able to turn... More

We booked for three nights, then we cancelled the third night , we tried to cancel the second night too but couldn't find a good deal around here . We just couldn't stand here due to 1) the AC unit in the room is so loud we feel like we are in a factory, never in my life have experienced... More

Rooms were fine; they have been updated. Very convenient location right next to the convention center. Easy to walk to the shops and restaurants on Colorado, or take the train down to central Los Angeles. Shuttle service provided within a 3-mile radius, which was very helpful. We also didn't like the $18 parking fee, but at least it is underground... More

I used to frequent this hotel several years ago and recently returned to find a drop in quality for business travel. First, the hotel no longer has coin operated laundry facilities on-site for guests to use. Second, the Club Lounge's food is of lower quality and it no longer seeems to serve soda and beer and wine are no longer... More

We had a pleasant one night stay here. Very nice rooms with full amenities and very comfortable beds. We walked to Old Town Pasadena and enjoyed a great dinner and shopping. Hotel staff was very nice and professional. Business Center came in handy as the wifi was difficult to use. The ONLY downfall is the $18 garage parking fee the... More

I have visited this property every year for the last five years and it is a wonderful hotel. The customer services is great, everyone is friendly. The property is very nice and they are a "green" hotel.

I stay at this hotel weekly, as I'm a business traveler. The hotel is nice, but the internet connection both wired and wireless is extraordinarily poor. When traveling for business internet is needed and even when talking to the front desk, calling the IT help desk and plugging into the Ethernet cord, it's nearly impossible to get more than 1-2...
