Standard Westin great service. Very friendly staff all around. A little off the beaten path if you need to do businesses down town ( 15 min walk) rooms are clean. Nice outdoor fire pit for a drink during a cool valley night..best location in area.

On many occasions over the last 10 years I have held business lunches at the Pasadena Westin Hotel, as I did again today. The newly remodeled restaurant and outdoor plaza is a perfect spot to take anyone....beautiful, quiet and modern. The menu is excellent....a wide variety of high-quality choices, so I'm comfortable taking anyone there. Best of all is the... More

Generally a comfortable hotel but could be better run. The staff, while all pleasant, had to be asked multiple times for some requests (correcting a reservation/billing error, getting clean glasses in the room after dirty ones were left for two days). We had to call Starwood to finally correct the reservation error - and then the Westin Pasadena charged us... More

Stayed 2 nights here on business. The hotel staff was professional and pleasant. Had an issue with water leaking from the AC vent above my shower and they had both the service tech' and keys to a new room up in minutes. Meeting roos and catering very good as well.

Just stayed here for 2 nights for a conference and it was super all around. Getting out to walk in Old Town Pasadena after a long day in the conference was perfect. Bought a lot of shoes! Wonderful beds, slept like a baby, fresh for the next day. Great, healthy breakfast options too. Highly recommended.

Wife and I stayed as part of a group. The group checkin was annoying since it appeared that the hotel hadn't done enough preparation to make it quick and easy and perhaps was having computer problems. Would have been helpful if they had people line up in a single line and go to the next available checkin person rather than... More

Langham was full, so I stayed at this Westin for the first time. I was a bit scared about the bed-bug reviews but it turned out to be no problem. Very nice hotel. I hate the smell of the old Langham, but this Westin had very little of that. But, the carpet need to be changed or hardwood floor to... More

I booked 3 rooms through a 3rd party and it asked which bed type which I stated 2 queens. I brought employees so needed this option. Westin said they had no queens and first offered roll always then said I had to be put on wait list and never got them. I spent $1500 for 6 nights and had to... More

I appreciate you taking the time to give me the feedback from your stay. I am sorry that the reservation process was cumbersome and that the information that you gave in your reservation did not get to the hotel. I also spologize for not being able to take care of your needs while you were at the desk. I do... More

Had an excellent stay at the Westin Pasadena in early April. I was there for a statewide conference on children. Check-in was excellent. Although I had registeredfor the hotel through the conference site, the desk agent ws extremely helpful and made sure that my Starwood number was enterd and gave me complimentary wifi for the stay. I was able to... More

I led a group of 28 people for a three day tour of Pasadena landmarks, museums, and gardens. We stayed at the Westin and all of my group were very happy with the hotel and especially the staff. Rooms were ready, clean, and bed comfort was commented on. When a self made dinner reservation was abandoned because of conflict with... More
