We checked in here after a night at the Sheraton Pasadena. The room here was larger, cleaner, much better maintained. This hotel exceeded the standard of the Sheraton, by far! I highly recommend it. The clerks and staff did a wonderful job. Sheraton could take a lesson! more

We booked a 2Q room with a rollaway bed for our family of 5 (3 teenage daughters). The room was rather small. We could barely fit the rollaway bed in the room. The staff was incredibly friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, and appeared to be recently renovated. It was a 1st floor King room, and had a mini-fridge (nice surprise). I was worried about noise (party weekend) but found it to be nice and quiet with occasional foot steps from a loud walker above us... The make your own waffles... more

I wanted to stay a little closer to Old Pasadena, but for the price, this was a good place. If you want something fancy, this is not it, but the hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The room was large and clean--I did not notice a lot of noise, but i was staying above the office. more
