This hotel was an excellent value. When we arrived we thought the neighborhood might be loud but it was incredibly quiet at night. The suite is very spacious and works really well for families. We were on a road trip and we slept better here than at some of the fancier hotels. more

Just got back from 4 days at the Best Western Pasadena. We were visiting LA and would not have chosen Pasadena had our son not been part of the airline crew and they stay in the city. However, glad we got to see that town as it was well laid out and had some good eateries. We ate Brazilian, Mexican... more

We checked in here after a night at the Sheraton Pasadena. The room here was larger, cleaner, much better maintained. This hotel exceeded the standard of the Sheraton, by far! I highly recommend it. The clerks and staff did a wonderful job. Sheraton could take a lesson! more

Brought my mom and nephews up to this place when they were on an extended President's Day holiday (a teacher in-service at their school kept them out an extra couple of days). The room is in need of a little repair, but otherwise it was livable for the three days, two nights we were there. Loved the proximity to the... more

We booked a 2Q room with a rollaway bed for our family of 5 (3 teenage daughters). The room was rather small. We could barely fit the rollaway bed in the room. When we arrived at the hotel, we were a little leary about the area but after driving around, it is a nice area with a lot of restaurants... more

I travel for business and work the night shift. The breakfast of waffles, juice, pastries, eggs and toastl is great. I did have a little problem with having privacy and being able to sleep during the day. When the privacy card was on the door, later in the afternoon the desk would call to tell me there would be no service today due... more

I had a problem with a reservation at a different Best Western, I called this hotel instead, what a difference. The front desk was wonderful, found me a room that I needed and had asked up front if I had AAA since they had a discount. I had no problems the entire time, the housekeeping staff were very polite and... more

The staff was incredibly friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, and appeared to be recently renovated. It was a 1st floor King room, and had a mini-fridge (nice surprise). I was worried about noise (party weekend) but found it to be nice and quiet with occasional foot steps from a loud walker above us... The make your own waffles... more

I wanted to stay a little closer to Old Pasadena, but for the price, this was a good place. If you want something fancy, this is not it, but the hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The room was large and clean--I did not notice a lot of noise, but i was staying above the office. more
