My son and I stayed here for one night before going to the Rose Bowl Flea Market and it was a super location. The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was great with lots of choices as others have mentioned. We went into the hot tub after the long drive from Norther California which was nice. The only... more

The room was quiet, clean, nicely appointed and the service was excellent. Front desk people were knowledgeable, helpful. Continental breakfast was more than sufficient with cereal, breads, fruit, waffles, eggs, coffee and juice. Also nice to have free internet access. Just a few minutes away from downtown by car/taxi. Area seemed safe as well. A pleasant, no-frills stay with high... more

Just driving off the freeway into a city or part of town that you have never been in is horrifying enough but adding the fact you have to find a room with a very mad wife and two very tired kids can be worst. The Best Western Pasadena Inn was a find that if I'm ever back in that area... more

My comments are based on a single-evening stay but I found the hotel staff to be friendly at check in and ready for me. They met all my stated requests. My ground floor room was a little small, but clean, no hint of mold, and in fact, the interior did not look at all worn. It was well-appointed and the... more

My company likes to book me into mid-luxury hotels, the Sheratons, Renaissances, and Hiltons of America. But I’ve learned that in some locales these traditional, full-service hotels can be both inconvenient and a drain on the wallet. Greater Los Angeles is one such locale, and the reason is cars. In L.A., there are almost no neighborhood conveniences close to full-service... more

Nice budget accommodation. No problems at check in, big, clean, rooms - motel style. A little away from main shop and restaurants, but OK if you have a car, or don't mind taking a taxi. Love Pasadena! more

This is a slightly better than average Best Western. It has a fridge in the room and free internet. The continental breakfast was good. Problems: 1) My internet cable connection didn't work! I had to call a manager up to my room to look into it and waited a good part of an hour. It turns out the internet connection... more

The hotel is ok. Rooms are clean, theres even a coffee machine and a fridge. The only thing is that you have to take your breakfast just in front of the reception. There are only 3 tables for the entire hotel so you better eat in your room. Choice of food is bad. Coffee & Toast and when you're lucky... more

This hotel stay was great! I have no complaints. The staff was extremely nice and the rooms were very clean. The hotel was in a nice location too, since I was from out of town there was many places I was able to walk and look at. Two thumbs up in my book!! THANKS BEST WESTERN :) more

I wanted to find a hotel that was near downtown Pasadena (within minutes) and removed from any kind of hustle or bustle. This BW met my needs. Pros: I think the best thing feature of this BW is the pool and hot tub. People who worked there were helpful with directions and suggesting fastest routes. I got my bagel, pastry... more
