Since I was going to spend a day at Stanford University for a day conference, some colleagues and thought it would be a good idea to stay the night before in Palo Alto. Since all the hotels in the area were all at least $350 a night, we thought it would be a good idea to stay in something more... More

Booked and stayed only one night. Arrived and checked in without any problems, even though I was one of three people waiting to check in. I had contacted the desk-office a few days earlier to insure I would have a room that was ground floor and "quiet" (the inn is situated as only a ground floor premises), and they gave... More

This hotel is a little off the beaten path, which is probably why the rates are so good. Rooms are small, but clean. There was a noise problem on a Friday night, which the manager tried to handle, but didn't go away. Over all a decent place, but I would choose a place closer to Woodside next time.

stayed here on a Sunday night for a Monday appointment at Stanford Hospital. The hotel is off of El Camino Real, and has very little road noise. It's an older hotel, exterior hallways, with dated rooms. We had a king room with 2 small chairs, desk, and microwave and small fridge. The fridge was unplugged when we arrived, and the... More

Arrived late and had a reservation. We were put at the back of the motel and the room backed up to a residential area. There was a party going until the wee hours of the morning. It was difficult to sleep and there was nothing that the motel could have done about the situation. It sounded like a bunch of... More

This is a slightly crummy hotel. The bright spots are the front desk staff, who were very friendly and helpful; the relatively large size of the rooms; and a showerhead that actually had enough water coming out of it (a rarity in CA). Otherwise the hotel was not great. The room was a little dirty in places (e.g., there was... More

I've stayed at a number of the hotels in this price range in the Palo Alto area. This is as clean as any of them and quieter than most since it is set away from the main drag a ways. There is an average breakfast table and internet is free. The parking is free and easy. The rooms were small... More

We stayed for five nights because they are pet friendly (with a fee), close to family and provide a decent breakfast. Our room was a standard king and a little cramped with the furnishings required to maintain their hotel ratings but very nicely remodeled at some point. The room was very clean and the room staff attentive to our needs.... More

We selected this hotel because of the very reasonable price. We are seniors living on Social Security, so price is important. The bed and bath linens were spotlessly clean as were the bathroom and vanity areas. The owner/manager was cordial and helpful in our selection of a restaurant. My only suggestion tto the management of this motel is to replace... More

Inexpensive & convenient are the two best features of this motel. My room was very dirty - carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time, and the bathroom floor was real dirty. I did not take off my shoes! They do serve breakfast, which I did not have time for - so cannot comment on that. Management should check... More
