I travel to Stanford multiple times a year for business and I love staying at this Sheraton. The renovations have all recently been completed, so everything is nice and new and clean - and all rooms have fridges and safes. The location is great - a short walk to campus, and a quick jump over to the shopping center (drug... More

This is a poor quality hotel that is primarily used to accommodate conference participants and similar, Stanford-related, visitors to Palo Alto. Having stayed here many times, I have never been in a room that was better than what you would expect from a bottom 10% business hotel - even in the Shereton-Club rooms. The list price of a room seems... More

Spent one night here before flying out from SFO. The hotel is a little dated, but pretty nice and is clearly geared up to extract as much revenue as possible form the Monday to Friday crowd, this made it a good choice to check in and get a good rate on Friday to Saturday, and it's a very good base... We stayed in the Sheraton Hotel for one night on our roadtrip, on off-peak season before christmas holidays. We found it from booking.com. We selected the hotel two hours before check-in and got it with affordable price. However, due to quick decision on the booking, we did not notice from the service description that services like wi-fi, parking and breakfast... More

This hotel is located in an ideal place for anyone having business at Stanford University. Super close. If you want a good meal we would recommend the grill. The staff were so nice and were attentive. Definitely try the shrimp linguine. The fries are also a little different. However, if booking at this hotel be sure to ask for a... More

We typically stay at the adjacent Westin in Palo Alto, but decided to stay here the last time since I was able to use my SPG free night. Our experience was pretty good. We had a renovated room on the 4th floor, and the room was VERY spacious. Lots of drawers and closet space, and brand new, modern furnishings. The... More

We stayed on a Thursday. The property is very nice and the room has great amenities. It has a refrigerator which is great and a nice size TV and huge shower. The was no tub in our room, but not a big deal. The room service breakfast was very good and was delivery in a timely manner. If you are... More

Room had been recently remodeled with the bathroom and shower the best part of the room. Mattress was fine, but not outstanding. My group's only problem with this hotel was the noise level. First, the cleaning staff in the hallway was so loud it disturbed our naps. Then all night long constant door slamming and people yelling in the hallways... More

I was expecting more from this hotel. Parts work of it, parts don't. It's got a great location and a decent amount of grounds at the corner of the Camino and University Ave and has been sitting here since the early 70s. Some of the hotel hasn't changed since then (signage, public area floors, cottage ceiling rooms). It's a 45... More
