The facility was not a typical Days Inn hotel!!! The phone in my room did not work. The TV channels were on and off. There were stains on the bed cover for my first night. No hotel staff to talk to after 9 pm or at 7:30 am when I was checking out. Very bad experience.

I found this place to be charming for a motel. The rooms are dated but, nevertheless, clean. It almost feels like you're on a Hollywood movie set. It's serene and surrounded by a lot of green. There are a lot of local places to eat within walking distance and, if you're feeling adventurous, you could walk to Stanford University. The... More

Absolutely disgusted with everything about this motel. The mean and cheapskate Indian owner/front desk man overcharged my credit card and refused to refund my money! I had to call my bank to reverse the fraudulent charge. He changed my electronic key when I was away for lunch and kept my belongings for ransom. . If I did not pay him... More

Awful, first time staying at this Days Inn but have stayed at many other Wyndham properties throughout Western Canada and in Florida. This is the first time that I have been told that although I had a confirmed reservation that they were only able to honour it for the first 2 nights of my stay (I had reserved 4). Not... More

The booking service said the total would be $300+, it came out to over $400+, should have stayed at Comfort Inn across the street. We booked a king, got a regual or maybe small queen, the whole place is run down. Never here again when we have to go to Stanford Surgery......

When I stay at an economy motel I still expect a safe, clean quality room. I have stayed at Days Inn Palo Alto twice now and that is what i have experienced. When I walked into my room, I was very pleased, the bed was made nicely and looked inviting. The room is clean. There are snacks, juice and water... More

I think price wise it was a bit minimal for what I paid (140 USD a night) Breakfast was not really something I would call break fast. And was promised that I would be send buy email the invoice, which I haven't received yet.

My wife and I spent an overnight here and won't be back. Next time we will either just pay more to stay at a decent hotel or stay near the airport to avoid the Silicon Valley "convenience" pricing. - The night clerk took over 10 minutes to let me in so that we could check in, after ringing the bell,...
