This place is awful, and here are just a few reasons why: 1) Once I arrived, they said your assigned room has not been cleaned. They sent me to a room which was not cleaned... disgusting! had to switch room. 2) The card that supposed to open the door got deactivated everyday! So everyday I had to go to front... More

I used to stay here a lot, and now only do so when the Creekside Inn is booked up and I can't get a room there. It's gotten even odder than before; massive overdosing of plants (which obstruct the view of oncoming traffic when you pull out onto Stanford Avenue), computers on every desk (making it harder to use your... The official photos are really very flattering. This place feels and looks like a cheap motel. The breakfast is served in the lobby, the place is overstocked with plants and flowers and the rooms are Tired (with a capital T). Nevertheless, I found the staff to be polite and helpful. I don't plan to return to be honest and was... More

I've stayed at this property twice this year. The first time was an overall positive experience and I had no complaints. The second stay which was earlier this month, was a different story. When I arrived at my room on the first night, I found several hairs in the bedsheets. I called the front desk but since it was very... More

I made an online reservation and got the alumni rate. I received a confirmation number by e-mail. Weeks later I get an e-mail telling me that there was a mistake during my reservation and it is not valid and that I should re-book online. Sure there are rooms- at nearly twice the rate. I called (at their request) and they... More

location was good, there was no reception service, when I asked whether anyone can help with luggage, the answer was no to start with and with of course as a correction. The room was sizeable but sound proof was terrible. Those rug really need a deep clean. Overall it was a poor value for money. One night stay would be... More

My friend and I booked a suite for 1 night. Paid $400 for a room with no air conditioning. We have been ignored by the staff and management for a month. They won't disclose who the General Manager is. Stay away - most unprofessional hotel experience ever!

This hotel is just ok, its over priced.... the wifi in my room wasnt very good. The floors had some kind of oily film which made them slippery. Kinda gross. The exterior had a ton of plants and some networking wires and wireless routers hanging haphazardly from the ceiling.. i dont think i would ever return to this hotel. I... More

Overpriced and very disappointing. Needs to be knocked down and done again. WiFi was good and is close to a Starbucks but that's it. Linen and room smelt musty and damp. Could hear every suitcase roll past. Decor tired. Not a great place to come. Would not recommend.

Stayed here on a business trip to Stanford University. It's very close to the University but to be honest that's about it for the positive points of this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights and it was very expensive - $329 USD per night. You certainly pay for the convenince of being next to the Uinversity! I don't pay that much... More
