We stayed only one night. Lovely small hotel. The staff is supurb, they catered to our every need and desire. Hard to find a better experience. Even the hotel resturant is very good! I recomend this hotel for bisiness or pleasure.

Facilities are bare compared to neighbor Sheraton, skimpy pool with jacuzzi and small gym. rooms are small but clean. Hotel is very clean and rooms are in good decorb. Very comfy bed and good bathroom with marble floor shower and good quality soap. Excellent location next to campus and PA centre, 5 mins walking distance

We stayed here for a nearby wedding. As expected for a Westin, the hotel itself was very well-kept and comfortable. The staff was great, from the front desk to the valet parkers to the bellman to the housekeepers. An unexpected benefit was the great location. A 5-minute walk away is a shopping center with several restaurants. About 15 minutes away... More

I arrived at 1:00 am and needed a 5:00 wake up to take a call back on my east coast schedule. Actually out if the hotel by 8:00 am for meetings. Not much time for rest and recovery. Every aspect of stay : room/bed; staff; room service; and quiet supported that plan. Will go back next time. Fifth floor room... More

The Westin in Palo Alto is a wonderful place to stay. Well located - across the street from Stanford and within walking distance of interesting shopping and the wonderful restaurant, The Mayfield Bakery. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the bathroom is "to die for". I enjoyed the gym although not very large, it is adequate. The entire staff... More

We love this hotel. The staff is awesome. The rooms are great. The location is prime. What is not to love. This trip we also tried the restaurant at the hotel. I cannot wait to go back to Palo Alto so we can stay at the Westin!

I booked this hotel for my Palo Alto combined business and pleasure long weekend trip. The location is excellent - you can easily walk (as we did every day) to University Street for all the great dining and shopping. We had a car and parked it on the property - the parking is expensive as was expected. Using the map... More

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is clean, convenient to the university/ restaurants/train station and is a good value for the quality of product. The service at the front desk was very friendly too. The only challenge was 2 fire alarms went off while we were there; however, everyone, including the lobby bartender bent over backwards to make it... More

Stayed here for two nights on business and paid over $500 for a room that would be significantly less anywhere else including New York ! It's clean and basic . The staff are very pleasant . The breakfast buffet is ok. Stay at the Garden Court Inn if you can. Similar price , much more pleasant environment .

We like clean. We know the Westin standard and trust that we are going to be taken care of when we stay at a Westin. We were able to walk from the hotel to town and enjoy the vibe in Palo Alto. Will definitely go back.
