Spent the 4th of July weekend in Palmdale visiting family. The maintenance man was nice and the bed was comfortable, that was about it. We were booked for a room with two beds...we we're put in a room with one bed. When addressing this with the staff we were provided comforters so our kids could sleep on the floor...are you... More

We were grandparents staying with a young softball team. On arrival, my husband went to check in and was told that they didn't have a reservation for us. Luckily, I was able to pull up my email where they had sent me a confirmation number. The clerk said, "Well, that system didn't sync with my system." OK........she found us a... More

The booking was over $100 and included a buffet breakfast on Sunday. I paid more for this room, a lot more because of the renovation and breakfast that was included. When we got to the room, the TV didn't work and maintenance had to be called. The bed was decent, but that was the only good thing. The little shampoos... More

Stayed here for a softball tournament. Ice machine broken, room smelled of ciggarets, tub peeling, bathroom ceiling cracked/peeling, carpet in room and outside hallway dirty. Hotel is aged. I was on the first floor facing pool. People next to us decided to stay on patio till 3am partying and front desk did nothing about it when I called them. Some... More

Overnight front desk lady was extremely rude. Room looked old and gross. Curtains were stained and wouldn't close all the way. Toilet overflowed, shower handle loose, bathtub in need of refinishing. None of the ice machines worked on any of the floors and we were there in July!!! Elevators broke down! I would recommend looking into the EZ motel next... More

Hotel is dirty trash was not taken care of the trash cans overflowing. Most of the staff is very very rude. We had to move 3 times because of errors on the staff and we did not receive one apology from anyone we spoke to. We stay at planty of hotels because of sports and this is the worst experience... Our first impression was ok, but we were left with some very bad experiences. The hospitality hinted at in their website was nowhere to be found! We checked on the evening of July 3rd and were met with smiles and prompt service. We didn't see much of the hotel as we were tired and headed off to bed. Room seemed... More

Room decor and conditions good except bathtub was with peeling paint/lining large area, could not use, it was a disgusting, I was not warned. Breakfast customer service was horrible; waitress never asked me if I needed anything, had to be chasing her for coffee, asked for OJ and first told me price as it wasn't included w/comp. breakfast, then brought... Just checking out now. Much better than I expected after reading the other reviews. Older building but clean and very spacious. Last week stayed at Oxford and I like the roominess of the Palmdale much better. A/C a little loud but you get used to it. Not much of a workout room but who cares, really? Inexpensive, I think I... We pulled up around 10pm and we're tired. We requested a 2 bed room as we had our daughter with us, but when we got to our room there was only a king size bed. We were moved to a 2 bed room but it was very hot and although we ran the air all night it never really cooled... More
