Motel 6 is undergoing renovations but I got an old room, I think. I stayed on a Saturday night. Costs are more expensive on Friday and Saturday. My bill was around $49.00 because I paid extra for microwave and fridge use. This rate included a discount and complimentary internet which normally costs about $3 for 24 hours. The front desk... If you arrive from the east or west it is very difficult to find this motel. Only a very small sign and the motel is hidden from the street. Within 10 minutes of arriving and checking in another guest opened our door with his room key. He said he had been assigned the same room. After he left our keys... More

Prices go up, quality goes down. We recently stayed at a Motel 6 in Palmdale, Ca. We stay there because we have 2 small dogs, but what a shock when we entered our room. First we requested a non-smoking room, but you could smell smoke all over the place. Then we had to find someone to bring us towels. The... More

I stay at this Motel 6 location approximately 140 nights a year.I am a driver for a major grocery chain and layover here for convenience and a low price.Front desk staff are all great especially both Carmen's and Justin. There is literally no legitimate truck parking for big rig tractor trailers. The restaurant owner in front of the motel used to let... Not a bad experience. The rooms are clean, although in one occasion we had to switch rooms because it smelled sooo bad. Other then that it wasn't bad. Pretty clean and plenty of towels. Don't expect 5 star service, this is a good option to stay on budget and just have somewhere to sleep. It's right next to the 14... More

We stopped on our way up from California since it was later in the evening and we wanted to leave early. We were given a room that felt grubby on the back of the hotel. There was a big wet spot (about 4 ft x 2 1/2 ft) on the floor by the bathroom door carpet from some kind of... More

I have stayed in this location many times and although there have been issues, the Manager and staff have always been very accommodating and issues are addressed immediately. Can be noisy at times due to the location being right next to the freeway, but rooms I have stayed in have always been clean.. Air conditioning was noisy and did not... More

As busy as this place was it should be remolded. I showed up at 2:00 PM only to be told my room was not ready and to show up at 3:30. I return at 3:30 only to be told my room is still not ready and to come back at 4:00 PM. I got there at 4:00 PM and there... More

Omg! I am a single lady that was traveling with my dog, not allot of dog friendly hotels in the Lancaster / palmdale area without paying over $100 a nite with pet fee. Bad first room after 4 days, got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, toilet water from upstairs dripping down my back! Office... More

Typical Motel 6. Cheap, right off the highway, no breakfast, questionable people next door doing questionable things through the entire night, malfunctioning A/C, holes punched into the bathroom door. $50. You get what you pay for. I could have gotten a much better room elsewhere on Priceline for about the same.
