The appearance both inside and out was nice. Abraham, the desk clerk when we checked in friendly and helpful. Other than that, I wouldn't stay there again. It took 3 or 4 tries to get a working tv remote. The guide in the guest book did not match the channels. The bathroom smelled foul, had to go to a local... More

Was convenient for our needs and comfortable and clean. The TV remote wasn't the best but it worked. Nice pool and hot tub for relaxing after a long day. It was super hot in the breakfast room so we opted not to eat there.

Although I was working in Lancaster, CA, the freeway drive back and forth was "OK"; however, they are also doing some "late afternoon/early evening" Highway 14 "road work" which unfortunately blocks all lanes but one going south and becomes very frustrating. The first night, I requested a "wake-up" call, did NOT receive it, but always "cover" for same with my... More

Desk clerk not helpful and not friendly. Alarm clock and TV remote difficult to use. Tub tile grout dirty. Venue is quiet and attractive. Special room request made at reservation not in computer at check-in.

This Best Western Plus met all of my expectations and provided a very comfortable, large room. I didn't try the breakfast but the climate control, shower, furnishings and bed in the room were all excellent.

The breakfast items were fresh, cold items were cold, waffle irons worked great. Also provided yogurts, hardboiled eggs, etc in a small glass-front mini-fridge for convienience. My room smelled fresh every afternoon when I arrived back from work and restocked with coffee, towels and soaps. Would stay in again.

Young staff who didn't take care of issue (after reporting twice)of same guest urinating at poolside on both nights stayed (second night had friends who also urinated at poolside); therefore we were unable to take our kids swimming (think she personally knew the guest). No extra towels available.. Couple rooms could smell cigarette smoke at we walked by (although this... More

Dear guest I apologize for the incident in the pool area. I did approach the guest who caused the problem to try to have him stop. The guest kept on denying that he was the problem. However, it seems like he was not honest. More

It's a little dated. Slight musty smell, little bit of smoke. The price is right though, it is pretty inexpensive. I used the gym. The treadmill was pretty shaky. It's just an older hotel. The bed was good though.
