Well!! First impressions as a hotel means a lot to me!! It's about being welcomed to the hotel and feeling a good homely atmosphere, we arrived late on July 12th, as we walked in after a 10 hour drive the receptionist at check in was sitting on the desk and I thought oddly " how professional" We weren't greeted with... Yes, you would expect to get a decent discount during the HOT season in Palm Springs, but this place was certainly a great surprise. Great price and the accommodations were excellent. The perfect location, right on N Palm Canyon Drive, close to a great, favorite restaurant (Sammy G's). You can't go wrong here.

Stayed here a couple of nights. The price for the room was excellent, about $50 a night including a Continental breakfast. The room was extremely large and clean, a little outdated. They have 2 pools, one for adults only which was great for us! It was quiet when we stayed there and had no issues with house keeping. The worst... More

We booked on line and took advantage of an exceptional deal and stayed on a Sunday night. Check in was the worst I think we have experienced. The girl was disinterested, uncommunicative and slow. Fortunately things got better. Parking is plentiful. Our room was large, the King size bed was great, the shower was very good. The air conditioner worked... More

This is a $50 hotel. The location is near downtown Palm Springs. It is adequate with an ok bed. The rooms are clean ( but smell of disinfectant ) The bathrooms are a bit worn and need some repair. The wifi was good and the continental breakfast was not very good. Overall, if you need a place to stay in... More

The hotel has pity much all the amenities you can ask for in a hotel. Free wifi, breakfast, pools, free parking, fridge, microwave and AC in the room and good location. The only drawback is the cleanliness. The corridor to the room was dirty and the room wasn't well dusted, the pools weren't cleaned frequently with leaves floating around. But... More

We were staying at another resort down the street but wanted to stay a couple of nights longer and this was very close and the price was good. Problem is when we called in to see when we could check in and were told to call back in 2 hours for an update..no problems. We called back and we were... More

For the price it was a good value. Large rooms, most have a patio or baloney to the pool area. Small fridge and microwave in room. Two pools and family and adult only pool. Breakfast was minimal. Check-in was fast and courteous. Grounds and rooms showed their age, but balanced with the room price, <$60.00 it was a good value.... More

First thing we noticed were the entry way. Door flimsy and day light seen though gaps. Bathroom door know flopping loose and bottom of door look like some gods had been clawing on it. Room decor and furnitures out dated. People upstairs VERY heavy footed, pacing most of evening, keeping us up. Never were told about continental breakfast by staff... More

We have stayed here during the Indian Wells tennis tournament. at the time, pretty much all the hotels in Palm Springs area were sold out. ok- this hotel is not La Quinta Resort, it's outdated and needs renovation. But the rooms pretty clean, service not bad, certainly ok to stay one night or two if you don't have any other... More
