Room as spacious and clean. Coffee maker,microwave,small fridge & free internet. Close to downtown and shuttle was available to take us downtown and back until 10PM. Room overlooking pools, one for adults and second for families. Also, enjoyed mocha coffees, cookies in the afternoon and very nice continental breakfast. Great hotel for families or quiet stay in the desert. more

We stayed over the weekend and granted it is the start of summer with more people traveling but the hotel was short staffed and no management around to over see problems at the pool areas. Wife and I really enjoyed our time at the Shilo. Room was big, spacious and clean. Bathroom kinda small, but not a big deal. There was a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge in the room. The hotel bedding was thin, not to mention needed replacing. A member of our group refused to call it anything besides "the dump". Great stay at this hotel. One minor issue was dealt with quicky. Good quick check in. Located very close to the main shopping downtown street. Ample parking. LARGE COMFORTABLE room - great for the money. Would stay again if ever in area - though doubtful - have done Palm Springs now. more
