1st night of 14 night tour - came to Palm Springs to avoid staying in LA. Staff were polite & helpful, room was good size, pleasant & comfortable. Booked through Hotels.com, was confirmed for two rooms with king size beds. On arrival received two rooms with double beds. The stench in the hallways and rooms was disgusting! As we were travelling with a one year-old, it was less than comfortable. will never stay there again. Would suggest a cleaning overhaul unless beer and vomit is acceptable to patrons. more

I am surprised that people have such a bad view of this hotel. Having just returned from touring California for two weeks I hink that this hotel was the best we stayed in.
