Very disappointed.... Second stay there was a disaster... Poor service from the wait staff ( an hour for guacamole ) was told they had to grind the avocado by hand. Really that takes an hour??? Noisy room next to the main road... They offered tho change the room but it took more than 4 hours so we told them not... More

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. We had a delightful room on the second floor. The food was very good although the poor waiter who was moving as fast as possible was just overwhelmed by the number of people on many occasions. The pool and dining room as fabulous and all you could want. The... More

We really enjoyed our stay at the Colony Palms Hotel - a perfect spot for a dessert escape that delivers on charm, esthetic, amenities, food and staff. There are gorgeous views and ample spots around the property to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There are different room types so ask questions to find the best room to suit your... My husband and I came out for four days of much needed relaxation. Our goal each day was to sleep in, workout, eat, swim, have a few drinks, swim some more, eat some more and then repeat. We truly picked the right spot for relaxation. The hotel is beautiful, very Mediterranean and peaceful. We had a casita room with it's... More

We stayed for 4 days in one of the casitas. It was so lovely. From the street you cannot imagine the little piece of paradise behind the walls. The grounds are serene and peaceful. The pool is totally chill. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours so you can keep party going into the night if you like,... More

I recently had lunch at Colony Palms and ordered the chicken caesar salad from the bartender. He brings me a chinese chicken salad that looked liked buffalo wings with coleslaw on it..I told him I order the chicken caesar salad and he apologized for the mistake, took away the salad and put it on the bar. He then comes back... More

My husband and I just returned from a lovely stay at the Colony Palms Hotel. It is a charming property with an intimate setting "old Palm Springs" vibe. We stayed in Room 3 which was a Deluxe King room that had a quaint fireplace and large bathroom and walk in shower. Pool scene is comfortable and the Purple Palm restaurant... More

The hotels lushly planted courtyard with inviting pool and comfortable seating is a nice way to spend a relaxing afternoon. Pool side restaurant is a great place for drinks and lunch. Rooms are basic but comfortable.

Full disclosure: we did not actually stay here, thankfully. However, our friends did and my gripe (if you will indulge me) is that I had arranged with the front desk to deliver a bottle of champagne that I had purchased and a note to give my friends upon their check-in at the hotel the following day. Simple enough. Only, upon... More

At check-in we gave our car to the valet and were told that our luggage would be to the room shortly. 1/2 hour later, there was no luggage. As a result, we walked to the car, which was still parked and unlocked on North Indian Canyon Drive, picked up our luggage from the car (no one at the valet desk)... More
