Loved it from the moment we arrived! A superb, classy boutique hotel with a glamorous understated ambiance. Location – a 10 minute ($15) cab ride from the airport and a two minute walk to the main strip. It is on the street behind the main drag in a quiet location. Service - top notch! friendly, comfortable and efficient with every... More

The hotel is very small and everything feels crowded very quickly. Space around the pool is limited and beds positioned directly at the edge of the pool. Number of beds is limited and they are exactly side by side allowing not privacy at all. If you get a room in the back at ground floor you will find a high... More

Dear ChristianW63, Thank you for your feedback. You are correct that we are a more intimate property and are a very popular destination. For our guests' convenience we do offer cabanas and daybeds, which can be reserved in advance. We are a pet friendly hotel and do our best to ensure that our four legged friends do not interfere with... More

I decided to get away on my own for the first time in many years. Wanting somewhere quiet to relax but still able to explore the area by car the Colony Palms was perfect. A lovely tropical feel offering everything larger hotels do but with a more intimate feel being a smaller establishment. I was able to enjoy shopping, and... More

OK. if you come to stay in a room - it is not for you! The rooms are so tiny. We were upgraded into a "Big Room" ..Not really. But it had a spa-bath outside. The hotel's team needed to set it up to us, but it was very cozy afterwards. The fitness area is run down .. 1 treadmill.... More

My girlfriend and I wanted to visit Palm Springs for a little retreat, and we chose Colony Palms after talking with friends and coworkers, and checking a lot of TripAdvisor reviews. I let the hotel know that I was hoping to propose to my girlfriend on this trip, but didn't know exactly when or where. In addition to being very... More

I can honestly say I enjoyed Colony Palms the most of any Palm Springs stay in the past few years – and I’ve visited at least 10 properties. There’s something about the intimate size, the pretty grounds at night, the slow-it-down vibe, the privacy of our casita patio, and the truly terrific staff that makes it stand above the crowd.... I love this hotel. First of all, the location couldn't get any better. It's right in the heart of The Movie Colony neighborhood in Palm Springs (expensive area) and it's literally a walking distance from Koffi and Cheeky's, both of which are great for early, relaxing morning coffee and breakfast, respectively. Other shops and stores are also within a walking... More

After almost 4 weeks traveling through California, Utah and Arizona, we decided to stay 2 nights in Palm Springs. The Colony Palms hotel was a perfect place to stay. The location is convenient for dinner and aperitive options. Especially Workshop Kitchen & Bar is great place to dine. We enjoyed the swimming pool with some great cocktails. The staff at... More

I was not impressed with this hotel and found it simply average. The setting is nice and so is the pool. The rooms are comfortable but not overly special. I waited over 30 minutes at the hotel restaurant to have my dinner plate cleared and the check brought. I also had some serious difficulties booking the room to begin with.... More

From calling the hotel and booking our three night adventure in Palm Springs. Jonathon could of been more helpful on phone. When we arrived the room was exactly what we expected. Nice king bed with soft bedding. The bathroom was huge with a deep tub and extra large shower. The pool area is fabulous with lounge chairs, and cabanas. The... More
