We stayed 2 nights. The hotel is average from our experience of best western hotels, but they charged us $ 199 for saturday night,.... and $ 99 for Sunday night. We are from France, and do not have any experience of that type of fluctuating rates... Service is just ok, no restaurant, no room service.... more

Nice location slightly off the main road and up against a hillside. The pool area, where breakfast is served, was particularly nice. Although the hotel was almost full , it was very quiet. - probably because most of the other guests this time of year (winter) seem to be seniors (not teenagers). The in-room heaters worked quickly to heat up... more

Hi my boyfriend and i stay at this hotel often and we have never experienced any problems. I was very surprised to read the reviews that are posted. It just seems like it can be the wrong hotel. We stay at the best western inn at palm springs once or twice a year and they have never served egg omelet... more

We were travelling around the West so only stayed one night. Nice hotel -clean rooms, friendly staff, nice pool area. Bit of a walk to the main street though. We walked into the "town" - took about 30/40mins as we didn't want to take the car as there are a few nice bars etc however on the walk back there... more

The hotel gave us the wrong room and made us move into a different room. The people upstairs had constant banging and loud sex all the days we were there but front desk did not care to help or ask them to quiet down. Pool area had lots of drinking going on, mostly people who brought their own alcohol. Lots... more

I almost cancelled our booking after reading other reviews but this hotel turned out to be one of the nicest we stayed in during our recent holiday in California. The rooms were very comfortable, well equipped and quiet. There is a lovely heated pool and as far as I could see no rooms overlook it. The hotel's position is good... more

People wher moving out at 3 am, could not take the noise anymore, Police came to the hotel 3 times that night. Stay ANY place but this dump. I think... more

We ended up stopping here at about 2:30 A.M. in order to get some much needed rest and relaxtion and was very happy with the results. Upon check in the front desk gave us a discount due to the late hour and since this was a unscheduled stop for us and our toilitries were in L.A. where we were really... more

We blew into town for a 4 day stay to look at property. What a nightmare. We had a young partiers above us who continued to toss beer cans off their deck and yell all night long while having drunken pool parties. Friday and Saturday were both nights of about 4 hours of sleep. There is NO security here. One... more

I booked this stay knowing that this particular Best Western would be a mid-level motel, so wasn't expecting luxurious accomodations. However, I was pleased to note in the description of the property that it was advertised as being "smoke-free." Indeed!! When I spoke to the desk assistant about this policy, noting that the rooms smelled vaguely of smoke, he replied... more
