We booked a "Pool View" room with a private balcony and got a "wall view" (granted on the pool side) room with a balcony with wall partions that you could walk between. And our room had a musty smell. We asked to move and got downgraded b/c all of the other rooms "were unavailable". Our 2nd room was marginally better... more

We stayed here for spring break with 2 of our young girl college friends. we checked in at 4pm that was pretty flawless. Within 10 minutes of being in our room the phone rings..."would you like to join us for the presentation?" ( timeshare) "no thank you" no problem....upon checking in the front desk informed us of their "pool towel... more

We stumbled upon the Palm Mountain Resort six years ago. To walk out on the veranda in the morning and see the beautiful court yard and pool with the red mountains and blue skies as a backdrop is an image you don't forget. The rooms are very large and clean, the staff friendly, the management flexible and the location perfect.... more

We had such a wonderful trip to Palm Springs we are considering taking this trip annually. We are avid hikers and found so many trails that accomodate all levels of hiking. The Palm Mountain Resort is in an ideal location just one block from town. It is a beautiful hotel, with very comfortable beds and the staff could not be... more

The location was terrific, only 1 very short block off Palm Canyon Road, a main street. Plenty of food and shops nearby. Lots of outdoor/patio eating around too. The hotel is a garden level place and surrounded by a gated metal fence that you had to use your hotel room key to enter at the corners. They have an outdoor... more

I had a girls weekend in Palm Springs with three good friends, two flew in from the East Coast. We all had a wonderful time, the pool was clean and warm, the room was clean and the beds very comfortable. We love staying there because we can walk to all of the restaurants and shops in Palm Springs, it's a... more

Our stay at the Palm Mountain Resort & Spa started with a speedy pickup from the airport by the Palm Mountain shuttle. The driver, George, was extremely friendly and very informative, as he gave us a quick "mini-tour" of the neighbourhood before bringing us the the quaint flower-lined lobby entrance, that reminded me of Austria. The inner courtyard of the... more

First of all, I have to say that this place is a good value due to its location right in the heart of downtown. The rooms are adequate, and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The balcony we had was pleasant, and the grounds are nice. The bathroom appeared to have been partially redone fairly recently. The room... more

Sorry about the noisey kids, yes sometimes it can be a bit of a challenge on holiday weekends. Thanks for the heads up on full parking lot. We have one space per room so others are parking here. Will get security to check it.
