Everything that can go wrong will go wrong here. They gave away one of our rooms that we paid for a month in advance. Let us check into a room that was occupied. When the room was finally sorted out it was dirty, small, and felt more like a Motel, only thing it was missing was the prostitutes. We had... more

The rates were too high for such a low quality hotel. I booked a month early for the May long weekend - thank goodness we did .. I paid $119 & $169 for a Friday/Saturday stay. They were charging in excess of $199+ while I was there. The hotel room was just plain dirty. Garbage from the last guests were... more

We had a large family gathering to celebrate a 50th birthday. This hotel was in the perfect location, which allowed us to just walk downtown and no worries about driving & parking. They have a poolside massage which was extremely convenient, as well as the Hotel Spa for facials, etc. The rooms with the patios were fantastic! We had our... more

We loved our Palm Mt stay. The rooms had a private balcony with table and chairs, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub were the places to go and meet and greet. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Exercise about a block away at another resort facility... more

My partner and I stayed at the Mountain Spa Resort for two nights, Saturday April 12 and 13, 2009, staying in room 141, for the Easter Weekend When we originally made the reservation and called the day before arrival, we specifically asked for a ground floor room because we brought our bicycles for the week end. Upon check in they... more

First the good: walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, and the casino. Clean, large room with mini fridge and microwave. Nice pool and hot tub. The bad: you can hear EVERYTHING (people in neighboring rooms, water running, people at the pool), no backup toilet paper rolls (?!), bad water pressure in the shower, pricey for what you get (we stayed... more

My husband and I have stayed at the resort three times now. The staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is relaxing. The locations is perfect. It's walking distance to excellent restaurants and central to other activities one may wish to do. We are planning to stay here again next March. more

From my perspective this should be a 3 1/2 or 4 star rated hotel, not 3 star. My room was very comfortably furnished, with a great bed and nice sofa. There was tons of closet space and even a small kitchen. Outside of the room was a private deck area overlooking the pool and the mountains. Wifi worked fine for... more

Enjoyed my stay in these larger roomed accomodations. Clean, homey, nice private patio, and walking distance to galleries, shopping and multitude of restaurants. more

1) The hotel charges an $8 per day "resort fee" to cover the cost of parking and WiFi in the rooms, but there was NO WIFI IN OUR ROOM. I asked the front desk about it, and the guy said that "there are a lot of rooms who aren't getting signal... sorry. Try taking your computer out by the pool."... more
