We stayed here during a four day golf and relaxation trip. The staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed in two king poolview 3rd floor rooms and had a blast. The large plasma tv was a nice touch and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. You can't beat the location for all of the activities, shopping, and dining... more

We have stayed here twice now due to the fantastic location right in the middle of all the action. You walk across the street to Starbucks, Ruby's and all the local hot spots. It is also right next to the Art Museum and the BEAUTIFUL mountains! The pool/jacuzzi are great, the grounds are well kept. The rooms are spacious and... more

During our 4-day stay, we were treated as family from the moment we were picked up at the airport until our final drop off back there. Our lovely pool view room was the perfect base for our activities (many of them just steps from our door.) The staff were so helpful & personal ( especially George ) Our plans to... more

Ideally placed and a fantastic place to chill out. A superb pool and the hotel is clean, tidy and quiet. What more could you want? A 2 minute walk to the main street which has a variety of shops, restaurants and eating places. Well worth a visit, we just wish we had been there longer. more

We arrived as part of a small escorted tour party from England. Palm Springs was hot (106 degrees F). Our room - a twin on the 3rd floor was spacious, cool and pleasant with a fantastic view of the San Jacinto Mountains. Although there was no restaurant facility in the Hotel, this was not a problem as we were provided... more

I only live about an hour outside Palm Springs, but I love to travel there every once in a while as a weekend get away. This is my second stay at Palm Mountain Resort and I absolutely love it. It's not some big, fancy hotel, but that's one of the appeals of this hotel for me. It's small and it... more

Everything that can go wrong will go wrong here. They gave away one of our rooms that we paid for a month in advance. Let us check into a room that was occupied. When the room was finally sorted out it was dirty, small, and felt more like a Motel, only thing it was missing was the prostitutes. We had... more
