I stayed 5 nights at this hotel while attending a conference in Palm Springs. My room on the 4th floor was a non-smoking room with a king size bed and a balcony. I had several meals in the restaurant that were resonably priced and tasty. more

We thought the hotel would be nicer. It was quite old, and it had a "80's" feel to it. But the rooms were large and clean. However, since we went there off season, you would think that they could give us a room where our view wasn't a brick wall. We booked the hotel through hotels.com, and were promised included... more

First time in Palm Springs from Los Angels. Loved the hotel. Clean, and very nice. I always enjoy when the lobby of the hotels I stay at, are nice. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool, was big, clean, and the bar/food stand outside had good deals. The hotel is walking distance (1 block) to the Palm Springs... more

We decided to take a little get away to palm springs and came across this hotel and casino. We thought since we liked casinos it would be the perfect thing for us. The casino and hotel are not attached to each other they are actually across the street from each other which is not mentioned on their website. Was not... more

Stayed here for one night while son (US Marine) was relocating to Tewntynine Palms from Norfolk, VA. Wish i could have stayed longer. Staff was wonderful. ( One of the room maids stopped to say "Thank you for staying at the Spa Resort Casino" after giving me directions to the ice machine. All the staff was freindly and accomodating. When... more

My mother and I stayed at this hotel/spa for 4 nights in June this year. It was a delight, we got a great bargain. The spa is is wonderful but slightly on the expensive side. We spent most of our time round the pool due to the hot weather which was beautiful. There is pool side service, offering drinks and... more

I checked in giving the desk clerk a slip to waive my valet fees that they charge of $8.95, and when I checked out I asked for my bill? It would be sent to me? And also if they had charged any valet fees, and the answer was I had NO charges! Two days later a fee of $8.95 appears... more

We stayed at this hotel June 5-7, 2009. We came back Saturday night to find two blackberries gone from our room. We immediately called security and they came up, had us check all our stuff while they watched and then said they would later do an investigation but could do nothing for us! They assumed no responsibilty for our phones... more

Spent a week at this property. Best to get a non smoking room on the pool side if available. Pools are reaslly nice along with one of the best and largest spas in the area. The food was great in the restaurant. Just across the street is a fabulous deli (Sherman's) and the Casino is also just across the street.... more
