I checked in giving the desk clerk a slip to waive my valet fees that they charge of $8.95, and when I checked out I asked for my bill? It would be sent to me? And also if they had charged any valet fees, and the answer was I had NO charges! Two days later a fee of $8.95 appears... more

We stayed at this hotel June 5-7, 2009. We came back Saturday night to find two blackberries gone from our room. We immediately called security and they came up, had us check all our stuff while they watched and then said they would later do an investigation but could do nothing for us! They assumed no responsibilty for our phones... more

Spent a week at this property. Best to get a non smoking room on the pool side if available. Pools are reaslly nice along with one of the best and largest spas in the area. The food was great in the restaurant. Just across the street is a fabulous deli (Sherman's) and the Casino is also just across the street.... more

The Hotel was nice. Buth the pillows on the bed were not comfortable.. The Casino was nice. i won 381.00 dollars in the first 10min... And then a little later i won 1,200 and a little more here and there. So i would say the machines are paying off. I would come back... so good luck... more

This place is a little run-down and very old. It is very dated and you notice that immediately from the lobby. Most of the downtown hotels appear to be dated and all have the same look from the outside. The actual room is not bad but it has a motel feel to it. The best thing about the room is... more

I received a package from the Spa offering discounted room rates, so my wife and I decided to try the hotel on our most recent trip to Palm Springs. We like playing at the casino and generally stay at the Hilton, which is as proximate to the casino as the Spa Hotel. Okay, let's try the Spa for a Thursday... more

My sister and I stayed here for our annual "Spring Break" weekend. We stayed here many years ago for consecutive years until they added the huge casino and raised the room prices until they were out of our reach. This year the prices were quite reasonable so we decided to return. Staff is fairly friendly, the Concierge is wonderful, always... more

5/6/08 I just returned from a 3 day conference at the Spa Resort Casino in Palm Springs. The hotel is nice but dated (as are many in PS). The location is wonderful and close to N. Indian Canyon Dr. with many museums, restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was very curteous and helpful. They did a great job. The hotel... more

I just returned from a short Easter get-a-away in Palm Springs during which I stayed at the Spa Hotel. The room was clean, spacious and serviceable. I had a superior room on the ground floor which was perfect as I am disabled and need a large room to get around. While the hotel was great, the staff left much to... more

Actually the place was nicer than I expected from the pictures I had seen on their webiste. The facilities are lovely... really nice pools, hot tub area, nice gym, and nice rooms. On the minus side, I had reserved a nonsmoking room with a King Bed, but when I arrived they didn't have any left and ended up in one... more
